There will not be another experience. This was nothing but a problem from the beginning. Customer service had me on hold for over 2 hrs. When I did talk to someone I was transferred to someone else. I had a reservation for one location and they didn't have a truck so sent me to another location and no one was there. Worst experience of my life.Christopher S.

The setting of my location was very unclear and I had to call customer service which took over 20 for them to get to my call. He was helpful and patient. But I asked him to stay on the phone until I got the keys in case I had another issue and had to call customer service back. I watched the tutorial prior to arrival and it was helpful. It said to show up about 10 min early, I did and It still took me over 40 min to get the keysSuzanne P.

Terrible experience will never use haul again. Reservation was confirmed time and date. Got to the location tried to check in and couldn't. Call the 800 number a spoke with a representative on phone for 30 minutes. Said couldn't find problem put me on hold line disconnected. Called back on phone for 26 minutes representative I asked her to walk me thru process because I thought I might be doing it wrong. She stated that she was the only one answering calls and she had to hang up and help other people. Totally unprofessional. Called again and spoke to Alicia very nice young lady she found the problem. It was previous operator changed time of reservation to 10am. She changed the time back to original reservation time and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately by this time I was 2 hours behind dealing with this. I had 6 people helping the move that I had to buy breakfast for why they sat and waited and waited and waited. By the time it was resolved I only had 2 people left to help me. Horrible check in will never use company again at this point unless you make this experience right!!! Totally pissed off pretty much ruined my day. By the time I got truck to the property to start move it started pouring raining.Becky S.

Our ticket was re routed to this location and we were charged extra for the fuel because it was incorrect. Second rental same thing at this location and was booked with wrong size truck. Not their fault originally I blame it on uhaul over all!! The district manager was less than helpful.Nichole S.

I booked the uhaul they called my mothers phone to confirm that the location has switched to a Camby, 24 minutes away. and also this delays us from 7am which is the time our prefered location opens, vs 10am now at this camby location arrive at camby, they ask if my destination is to diamond pointe, Indiana when if fact we are moving accross the country. this is alarming and troubling to hear when you have a full day of pakcing and driving ahead of you. the front desk lady continued to ask questions and say shes not sure why everything on my order is messed up. she takes a long time. then asks if she can erase everything and redo the order. we are now 30 minutes behind on top of the original 3 hours. she then goes on to ask if we ordered any dollys. I said yes. she said oh sorry we dont have any at this locatino. she then takes another 15 minutes fumblnig around and calling advisor asking what to do. she then says okay sry, i will refund your dolly purchase, and you can do down the street to this other office who i just confirmed has dollys. we go to this location. my fiance gets out and speaks with the front desk. the guy at the front desk says he can not give us any dollys becuase he has no record of us or our order. we then leave becuase this man was very frighening and has shwastika tattoos all over him which we found very very offensive. At this point we are now very behind and have missed our scheduled couch pick-up so we have to reschdule that. then, we try to call other locatinos to find dollys beucase we are two ppl and can not carry these boxes without help from dollys. after calling 4 locations, and 20 minutes of being on hold later, the downtown location finally picks up the phone and says we can come pick up two dollys. we had paid movers to help us with the move and it is a specific time window we get them, and we missed 2 and a half hours of their services and only have 30 minutes with them instead. this in total caused us to arrive in philadelphia way behind schedule and to hit traffic we planned to miss. on top of that, our scheudeld time with the philadelphia police department to block off the road for our truck, was also missed. we then had to park the truck a whole 2 blocks over and had to move like thatLena M.
The (2) females that took care of me were extraordinary. Helpful and friendly.Steve R.
