Uhaul confirmed me At the wrong location. When i got to the one they emailed me as the correct location they did not have the correct truck available. And no one called the day before as promised to confirm the pick up. Very bad customer service by uhaul

The initial part I will check me in was helpful however the Indian sounding guy who work the next morning, possibly the owner, wrongfully charged my credit card and after hours fee and attempt to make money though I was assisted by an associate the night before. That is unprofessional. He also ignored the U-Haul associate who called when I was on the phone with your U-Haul 800 number in an attempt to evade explaining why he wrongfully charged me money. This was not right but Billy at U-Haul’s customer service number got the situation straight and I appreciate him. Shame on you to the one guy at Emma’s Convenience store. The younger Caucasian guy from Emma’s who checked me in the night prior was very friendly and polite.

Have someone there that can actually checkout/check in the truck. Had to wait over 20 minutes for the manager to come from home to pick up truck. Also, when we dropped off the truck we asked the employee if he had to look over the truck or sign anything and he said "no". When I got the final bill I was charged for an additional day when I returned the truck less than 6 hours after renting it. I sent an email to the store to resolve this and never heard back. Finally, the guy at the U-Haul customer service was rude and would talk over me. Never again U-Haul

I did everything on line and it still took over 30 minutes to pick up the truck. The people at this location seemed to not know what they were doing. He was on the phone the whole time with someone. He also read my credit card number out loud in front of customers before I stopped him. Very bad experience

Location was friendly, trailer was missing the electrical hookup to my truck. Tires were also splitting at the rim.
