This was a part time rental place closed all weekend. No one told me that when I rented the truck.

George WI couldn't use the vehicle trailer transport due to the vehicle was not able to get on the trailer and the people were I got the uhaul transport trailer told me at first $300.00 and when I couldn't use the uhaul transport trailer then he marked his price to $400.00. I want a refund for the uhaul transport trailer due to couldn't use it. I feel the place I got the uhaul transport trailer took advantage of me and upped the price of $100.00 more because I went with uhaul first. The place told me not to go with uhaul but go with his company instead.

Lynn WI ordered 12 moving blankets and there were none in the truck when I picked it up. Also, someone from Uhaul called me 30 minutes after i picked up the truck and asked me if i was going to pick up the truck or cancel the order.. I told them i picked up the truck 30 minutes ago.
Jeff HI was a little worried when I picked up the trailer. One of the wheels had rusted through the paint and looked unreliable. It made the trip, but I was worried the entire 11 hour drive. I might suggest things like that get repainted to help reduce the stress level of someone moving out of state.

KENNETH WWhen a person reserves a uhaul at the place they want the dispatcher should not keep changing it...I reserved at a different place for my convenience and it had been changed 5 times...this was not convient to me.
JIMMY HIt was ok. Was upset that they didn’t have the furniture pads I ordered. They told me I could drive across town to pick some up but it was moving day and I had a schedule to keep. They didn’t even offer me anything for the inconvenience.
Tiffany WThe cab, the ramp, and the back of the truck was tracked with mud. There was no attempt by Emerald Auto to clean the truck before letting it out. Then while driving, at one point, a beer bottle came rolling out from under the seat which had it caught under a gas or break pedal it could have been a disaster. You should drop Emerald from your list of providers.
David DI’d like the opportunity to purchase one of these car trailers I rented after it’s removed from service. Can you give me any direction on the possibility.
robert hU haul signage would be nice. There was none to be seen anywhere, to the point where I had to make a return trip because I didn't see the trailers at first because of all the cars around the lot.
Daniel BThe location people did great. But your on line reservation needs lots of improvement.
Edward GTruck was not clean! Interior had slight odor from previous usage by a smoker (Cigarette smoke odor). Truck was showing an error related to the fuel cap. Location manager said he was a U-Haul repair facility, but his diagnostic equipment would not test that large of a truck. Was informed by him he looked the error up online and it should clear within 20 miles. The error never cleared. The truck constantly pulled slightly to the right requiring extra attention and driving effort.
James RMr. Lawrence and his staff were friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and easy to drive. My experience could not have been better.
