It took us 45 minutes to receive the code to get the keys out of the lock box they wanted so much information and the app was horrible. It wouldn't load it took us 15 minutes to send each thing they wanted and then they wanted three phone numbers so they could contact those phone numbers. We ended up having to give them a random phone number of a friend because we ran out of phone numbers. They didn't want any of ours because they were on the reserve list. Ridiculous. Never going there again.

ROBERT D.Truck was clean but area around the truck was full of drifted snow and ice. Truck could not move out of parking spot until customer, with assistance of location employee, spent 30 minutes shoveling snow & ice and applying salt and cat litter (which customer purchased) so truck tires could get a grip. Truck also did not have the requested and paid for moving blankets in the truck, which were provided by employee belatedly. Not sure why we were directed to this location as a much closer Uhaul location had multiple trucks available in its well plowed parking lot
Timothy C.Vehicle was “clean†from the physical sense. It smelled like stale marijuana and cigarettes. Center had strung out folks walking around or through their lot to the gas station nearby. Not a family friendly atmosphere.

Carlos F.Uhaul was given to me with less than 1/4 of gas. No one checked the uhaul before giving it to me. Employee there didnt know anything because he was new and no one provided him instructions (not his fault). It appears they reused the tank photo of another Uhaul or maybe the gas was stolen, no idea. It was my first time using Uhaul so I didnt know the fuel was suppose to be at a certain level but figure it out at the drop off. Customer service said they were suppose to verify Uhaul with me.

FLOYD S.Folks, do not get "spooked" by their location, one of the owners told me today that they have paid for the house(s) to be demolished and the parking lot to be be paved. Unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet due to COVID. This is a great place to rent a U-Haul, (and even to buy a used car?? I haven't done that there so I can't rave about them in that part of their organization) they are so easy to work with and the nicest people - very customer service orientated.

Latif T.We did after hours pick up with our mobile device. We arrived 15 minutes early and did not get into our truck for another 25 minutes. We still then we're required to return the truck at our scheduled time even though we wasted a good 25 minutes to follow the necessary steps before getting our truck. The approval process took awhile and I wish there would have been a disclaimer to arrive a lot earlier since this was a lengthy process. I would recommend going in during office hours as that hopefully wouldn't take as long as it took us. I assumed the self serve option would have been more convenient but it wasn't.

Louise L.My reservation was for one location and was told by someone at that location that I needed to go somewhere else, which was a tiny used car dealer next to abandoned buildings which was confusing. Wasted an additional part of my day with the run around and the staff at the first location seemed annoyed and upset that I bothered them by being a customer. I manage customer facing employees for my job, and have managed multi million dollar dealership shops. I get it. I really do. I know a lot of customers can be annoying and usually the customer is an idiot and the cause of their own problems. Having said that, if you act like a customer is wasting your time as soon as they walk in the door and then have a reservation problem that's on the company end, not the customers, maybe drop the attitude. Dude at the car dealer was on top of his game though so that was a bright spot at least.
