The slot in the key drop box is not big enough for the newer style keys. The location that I dropped the truck at was closed for the weekend. Fortunately someone was there to take the key. If no one had been there it would have cost me an hour of driving to bring the key back on Monday..

Rep never discussed insurance options or pricing breakdown. Just sent me on my way with the contract “in email.” After I finished, I realized I was charged for 3 days, but only rented 48 hours. How does that math work?

The woman at the counter who helped me was professional, courteous and very nice as well!

Windshield was covered with bugs. Popcorn and food wrappers in cabin present when we picked up van which we disposed of. Mileage recorded incorrectly resulting in a $230 overcharge which still has not been returned to our bank account.

The length of truck, 20 ft originally reserved was changed to a 26 ft truck several days before the scheduled pick-up. No effort was made on the part of the location manager to acquire the longer truck.

Moving is extremely stressful made all the more stressful by U-Haul. In the future it will be my intention in the event I move again, to never use U-Hauls services. My experience with U-Haul was completely unacceptable. It cost twice as much time and money than it would have had U-Haul done what it had promised.

The staff at Elite Restoration were great. However, your online reservation system is horrible! I reserved a different vehicle at a different location on line. I received a telephone call from Uhaul changing my original vehicle and pick-up location. The staff at Elite did not receive information on the change. Very frustrated by your online reservation system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally called Rent Plus storage in Hailey to set up the car hauler. They got my name, credit card and told me to go to Bellevue to pick it up. The individual in Bellevue was clueless about the computer and the u-haul rental program and had to call a couple of people to help him out. After an hour of hacking at the computer he was unable to print the contract. Once at the car hauler, he was again clueless on it's operation that I called the Boise center for some help over the phone. By the way, I had to dig the car hauler from the snow. Once in Garden City where I originally had rented the car hauler one way, they tell me that in Bellevue it was set up for a round trip. Overall it was a VERY POOR experience with U-haul.

Box truck was almost empty of gasoline, and the inside was a mess. The dealer at the location was hard to work with as well. Wouldn’t do business with them again.
