Michael MI was told $83 and when i check me account I was charged $106. The gas tank was at a quarter when i got it. Hopefully i wasn't charged to fill it up. I wasn't told it was going to be additional charges.
SHELDON PIt would benefit future customers for Y-Haul to provide better signage. I missed the place twice due to the little sign sitting outside of the building. Great experience with personnel at this location.

Paul BThis location wasn't the issue. The District Manager Tony was the issue. He called me from his personal number while at home inquiring about payment that I've both discussed with the Mgr. at the location and a rep at Uhaul. He threatened calling the police on me twice after I made arrangements and 2 more trips to the location. Then it took me 2 hours to pay at the location. I'm not certain why, but it wouldn't allow me to check out after it took my funds from my account. After Tony's threats I wasn't leaving the location without a receipt. I thought it was highly unprofessional not to use a Uhaul greeting when answering the phone you use for business and then get upset someone won't give you their credit card number. Why would I when I have no way of verifying who you are? I went to the location of pick up. I spoke with a rep from Uhaul. So why is this guy calling me from his home and cell phone saying ther total opposite of what was agreed and threatening me? This was The Worst customer experience ever! I will not be using Uhaul in ther future. I had a ride waiting for me and they had to leave because it took so long at checkout. The Manager at the location ended up giving us a ride. She was lovely the entire ordeal. This whole experience was horrible, and a poor reflection of what was my go-to moving truck rental company.

JAMES HI previously tried to pick up a uhaul from a different location. It was last minute but had to drive 20+ miles to get there. Uhaul didn’t have the companies updated times, so I arrived 40 minutes prior to their listed closing time. The company had been closed for over 2 hours. I ended up getting the uhaul I needed in time, but it was quite a hassle and inconvenience driving over an hour for a trailer I couldn’t get.
