The truck wasn’t in great shape. It had a leak that got out mattresses wet in the rain and the lock didn’t work. The location itself and service was fine and convenient.

pedro Rthe workers are wonderful people, Steve is an honest, kind, person, I respect him a lot, he always treats the client with respect. My suggestion is that when the customer brings the car back in a drunken state, charge a large amount of money so that he does not commit such a disgraceful act again.
ARMAN HVan leaked gas. Smell in the cab was awful and had to keep the windows open despite the heat. When I added fuel at the end of the rental there was a new puddle of gas dripping from underneath the filler. Attendant was courteous and said he would take care of it. But the prior rental surely had the same problem. Unacceptably dangerous risk due to inadequate maintenance/inspection.
George RThey told me they are going to give me credit for $25 if I fill the tank at 1/4 and the tank was almost empty I spend $35 on gas and I only drove for 20 miles they charge me $38 at first and they charge my card again for $29

Loved everything from the employee interaction to the extension (unscheduled) I was worried about keeping the truck past my original date.. boom, yall made me smile when I seen the receipt. SANTIAGO VThe app was not working at all. Photos were not uploading. I stayed there trying to make it work for 30 minutes. I was not able to return the van using the app. This location had to do extra work for me the next morning to check in the vehicle. Please fix the app.
Blaine OThe truck stopped several times due to battery issues. I couldn't even move with this truck. Had to call road side assistance several times and they charged me for a extra day which for a rental didn't use?
MANNJOT BThe vehicle was loud and anyone that rents it should have noise cancelling headphones. Definite issues with the muffler. My brother followed in his own vehicle and could hear it with the windows up and 3 cars away. Also, check engine light came on during the use.

Blaine OI was not happy that I was charged $10 for insurance. I am fairly certain I did not request this when I ordered the vehicle. Otherwise a very pleasant rental experience.
Bruce RYour mobile app is complete shit! Why even roll it out if it doesn't work properly all you're doing is making your customers mad. Your app froze up and your customer service rep said that the app didn't work properly that I had to go online through uhaul.com to complete this transaction. I wasted 45 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong before your representative told me that your app did not work properly. 100% bulshit
