There are very few trucks to choose from. The proprietor was not there when I came to pick up my rental, but when I contacted him by phone, he did come down to the site and helped me out, both in completing the booking and in giving me the truck that I wanted, rather than the truck that UHaul assigned. For the record, I found the app and its process for getting the truck to be cumbersome, frustrating, difficult to understand and, when I tried to return the truck, impossible, as the app couldn't "find my location" and gave no alternative. Thank goodness someone was there at my return location. I don't want to have to use the app again. Ever.Sarah B.

I rented the vehicle and the fuel gauge was at 3/4. I only used the vehicle for a few hours and put in the fuel I used to get back to 3/4 of a tank. I'm sure this is verified from the previous rental use. My card has now been charged an additional fee. This is terrible and should be addressed at the corporate level.James G.

I wanted to rent at 9:00 AM. The app would not allow scheduling until 10:00 when the facility was scheduled to open. When I got there no one was there. I called the facility and they told me I could do everything on the phone. He did not have to be there. Picked up and dropped off all on the phone. The local guy was fine but we could not rent a van from him without using the online reservation system. Very cumbersome and frustrating to use. They online system said we started with a full tank of gas but it was below full. We added more gas than we used before returning it but they charged us to fill it with another 4 gallons @ $4/gal. Terrible system and the local guy can't do anything to help. $19.95 a day turned into $91.50 for 3 hours.jack D.

The location was fine. The UHaul software and app caused us to be very delayed in our start. The state of MA has changed its license numbers so the UHaul system wouldn't recognize our licenses. I wasn't able to complete my profile when I booked it so couldn't do the after hours check out. I called a few days before but that didn't resolve anything. I had to wait until the office was open (+1 hour) and then the person who works there wasn't actually there until closer to 11 am (+1 hour). If the software worked properly, there wouldn't have been an issue, but she had to make up my license number in order to be able to complete the process which is absurd.Jill H.

24-7 online pickup was horrible experience... You can not go online and register for truck until the day and time of pick up... I tried registering the night before and would not allow me too.... So the morning of my pick up I had to call Uhaul customer service to reset the online registration accountHarry V.
When I dropped off the rental it started with that I could hardly find the place. Then i walked in and all I was asked was whether I would pick up or drop off. There was no check on the tank or odometer, no paperwork or confirmation for me to take with proof of my drop off, filled up the gas and stayed below the free miles. The personnel was somewhat friendly but not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable to walk away like that. Would not recommend.Lisa B.

rented truck and gas was filled up 1/4 tank. Told me I had to fill it up how I got it. When I returned it employee looked at gas tank and said everything looked good. I asked him if he was sure cause there was a gas station across the street and he said yes. Soon as I got him they sent me invoice for $45! I called him back right away and he said it was â€œonlyâ€ filled up 3/16 tank and that is their fee and I had to take it up with where I purchased it from.Matthew S.
