Truck rented for 550 mile trip. Truck was low on oil. Power steering oil cap was missing. No packing blankets were available although they were reserved. Clerk said they had just been rented to another customer. Where is my $50 for a failed reservation?Lee C.

get some company other than U-Haul to work with the Store. The store was great but did NOT have blankets as requested. The UHaul regional rep changed the location and did not tell me until AFTER I went to the first location and did not send an amended email until after I called him. UHAUL SUCKS!!! Plus the truck roof leaked onto my furnishings!!!Thomas M.

U-haul Good morning. I need a call from a Manager of Customer Service and our billing Immediately to resolve a billing mistake. I rented a 1 way rental from Porltand to Euege, Oregon and have charged $4,972 for a wrong drop off fee. I rented the truck from the UHaul Tigard Oregon location 11552 SW Pacifc HWY, Tigard, Oregon 97223 on Tues 7/27 a7 10AM. Cleay stated I would return the truck to the Eugene, Oregon location at 4400 Franklin, Blvd Eugene OR 97403 on Thurs 7/29 at 10AM PST. The turkc was return clean and and with a full tank of gas. Upon arrival at the Eugene location I was told I had the "wrong Truck" The Manager told me not to worry. 2 days later I logged into my US bank account and saw the $4972.00 charge on 7/30/2021. Worse, I called the Tigard location this morning 8/2 and asked for help to correct my bill and was told by Larry Hall the Store manager that this was not his problem, It was the Eugene store location. I explained I am the customer and should not have to work to correct a billing mistake. I have called the Eugene location multiple times and been put on hold for 20 mins. I would like to commend Chris and Jeanette at Storage Plus of Taylor. Our initial reservation was there, but the customer who rented the equipment we reserved prior to us never returned it. Chris and Jeanette went above and beyond to get us replacement equipment to make our move possible. Kudos to them!Angelica B.

The issue I had was not with this store location but with my reservation in general. I reserved a 26' truck and upon arrival there were only 15' trucks. The representative said they had a 20' truck but it had gone out earlier that morning. I asked her if they are prompted with what vehicles were supposed to go out. Like why did she not know I had a reservation for a 26' truck? There has to be a better system where these stores have a list of what vehicles are going out. That aside, I had a reservation that said Elgin, but somehow in the UHaul system it showed my reservation in Manor. In the end I had to spend more money because I had to make extra trips to storage with the smaller truck. Had I had access to the 26' truck I reserved, I would have been able to load and deliver everything needed in one trip. Instead, I had to make 3 separate trips to get most of the things I was moving. There needs to be a bigger sign about where the drop box is and where to leave the truck in the event the store is closed.Laela E.
