I was screwed by your contract and had to drive additional 30 miles to return the uhaul to thr same place i got it from where it was supposed to be a convenient service. Your application is made to screw your customers as you made drop off is optional, if drop off defines the contract you should make it as mandatory or put a bigger note about the difference between a local and non-local contract. Your customer service was no help and asked for 250 dollar penalty to return to the closest location. It is the first time it have this kind of service and confusion and be assured it is the last time i use u-haul.Maher A.

I did not receive moving blankets that were part of my order. I would be good to double check items like this. Also the online truck pickup process does not work well. This is a general comment, I know this location is not responsible for the check in website.Bartosz C.

Norma was friendly and able to get me set up quickly and the vehicle was clean. The only issue I had was when returning the truck, the check-in platform would not accept the picture of the odometer, even after several attempts. Luckily the facility was still open and the gentleman inside was able to get me squared away. Overall, a good experience.laura L.

Charged me for 9 gallons of gas after only driving 11.2 miles. Had to call twice and make a visit in person to get resolved. Girl working at the facility said it wasn't them, but it was U-haul. Also, when I ordered 5 dozen blankets and an appliance dolly, they and none available when I arrived to pick up so I had to move without either. Had damage on my leather sectional due to lack of personal blankets. Overall, u-haul was a crappy experience and I'll be finding another service company moving forward.Spencer P.

We showed up 2 hours before posted closing time to return our truck and dolly. Office was closed. We were able to leave our truck per online instructions, but there were folks there quite upset as they need to rent equipment. Nice person called us back, saying she was in the back with another client and said she had been left alone that afternoon.Robert H.

I had the greatest experience! Alexa went above and beyond to help me get a uhaul in time for what I needed. In a world where customer service has fallen pretty low across the board, it's refreshing to come into contact with someone like Alexa who really cares about helping you out. The inside of the truck (in the front) was dirty. Was there trash? No. But the floor board was quite dirty. The cup holders were dirty. And we wiped the steering wheel, seats and commonly touched areas with a sanitizing wipe andâ€¦ yikes.LUIS C.

Walking into the storage unit I was immediately impressed by the awesome customer service the ladies showed. The office was very clean the organized. The ladies that work there were knowledgeable, very helpful and very sweet. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to rent a storage unit. When I make a reservation for a pickup truck to come and pick up at 5:45pm and get to the store and see it not there anymore because someone else rented it out to someone else even though I reserved it. So I had to rent a box truck that I didn't want but had no choice because of someone's bone headed doing. Not cool!! Then send me the wrong receipt and still haven't sent me the correct and adjusted receipt. Not cool again!! Still waiting for my receipt which I have to have to turn into my work as an expense. Train your employee. She doesn't know u haul grantees to give me truck otherwise some compensation. She told me to go to other location. And after I returned, I called and ask her why I am charged extra. Instead of explaining she said I am 100% right. I even said do you listen to me and open the picture and contract copy so I can explain she said no here is number for our area manager. He was nice and he listened and solve my problem. I booked a 20' truck to travel 630 miles. I was given a truck with a completely blown out tire at the Eldridge location. I have a photo. I called the Eldridge location and was referred to the Westheimer UHAUL center for repair. Upon arrival I was told tire repairs were not performed there. Austin the GM at Westheimer saved the day once he understood what I was telling him. Austin went above and beyond to assist me, even though I did not spend my money in his location. I was mad at the situation, cussing even-and Austin managed to diffuse the situation. Please recognize him for a job well done!DANNIELLE T.

I am happy to have chosen that location. Alexa and Crystal were very helpful. They are very kind and patient. They look for solutions to everything. Yes, of course I would recommend that location to my friends. Actually when one is moving it is full of worries and you arrive with them and they make it seem that everything will be easy. ALEXA RAE provided the best customer service skills that I've ever experienced at U-Haul in my life. She was knowledgeable, polite, patient, understanding, friendly, and showed eagerness to help and sincerity towards each customer. It was only her taking care of customers, checking out and returning rentals, answering the phone and with all that going on, she still walked me out to my rental. I had a few questions before we left and she answered them with a smile on her face. As I looked back on my experience to write this review I realized I was selfish and should have waited to ask her the questions. They weren't urgent and she had a lot going on at that moment. I've been in customer service my whole life and recognize and understand how it feels to be the one person working, there's a line, you gotta pee, and 5he customer confront of you just said she needs to speak to the owner... Not once did Alexarae loose focus or professionalism. And she never rushed me once. Thank you so much for reminding me that there are people who genuinely care and do their job correctly.SAYDE F.
