Person who helped me kept changing locations and plans without specifically telling me until the total came up $100-$200 more than originally quoted. Had to keep telling him to switch back to the original drop off location and remove insurance cause he kept adding it back onto my total when anything changed. Shouldn't have had to monitor every step of the checkout process to make sure my total was accurate.

Rented the t$19.99 truck for about 3-4 hours. I was giving the total verbally. I asked about the receipt. Was told l would get it in my email. Stayed a little at the location. Brought it to the gentleman's attention. He said it may take awhile. I haven't gotten anything yet.

The first place of pickup was good until they hooked ip the trailer with a broken strap...then they hooked up another trailer with a flat tire that I had to telll them about. After spending an hour1/2 at that location they sent me to another location that had a trailer that was ready to go...that along with the drive took ,another hour. I lost 3 hours I planned on being on the road back ti Colorado from Texas. This was not good business. The truck hadn't been cleaned or sanitized for the road I would never recommend pick up at the location of 6412 Airway Rd...what a bad experience.

I just wanted to know what's the point of doing a reservation online to save a truck, from a specific location , when they won't have it and give your truck away that you reserved. And send you somewhere else to pick it up. Knowing that time is valuable. Good thing this place had what I needed

Truck was dirty and had trash from previous renter strewn throughout. Surfaces were gross and needed to be sanitized. This is very disappointing especially during Covid! Associate needs to be more professional, needs to wear a mask and should spend time cleaning instead of calling my phone.

I asked questions about the condition of the truck and was told to take pictures and send them in on the app. I did not have the app. He told me to download it and then send them in. I did download the app, but found no way to leave comments or pictures. He acted like it was too much trouble to help me out.

My whole experience with UHaul was atrocious! Upon arrival, received a call that my truck was not available?? Got the call in my Uber on the way to pickup location. I paid for two flights for help for this project only to not have my confirmed reservation upheld. Had to Uber to a different location to pick up smaller truck. Agent suggested smaller truck with trailer, not an option based on items needing to move. So, took smaller truck, loaded what I could and now have to pay for remaining item to be moved (over $1K). ASKED FOR MANAGER CALLBACK NUMEROUS TIMES, CHECK MY RES NUMBER! This was a total disaster by UHaul! Today is Monday, 5 days after requesting several manager call and still nothing. PLEASE NOTE I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD UNTIL I GET RESOLUTION!

I changed my reservation to this location from another because I had made 8:00 am reservation only to determine on arrival it does not open until 10:00 am. This was very disappointing. This location was not far away but I had to wait until 9:15 for it to open.

The trailer was full of sand and dirt. The owner was not there for pick up time, had to sit and wait about 30 minutes. On the drop off day the shop was closed and the owner did not answer his phone. I was charged an additional day for this even though customer service said I would not be. Still awaiting a response on this. Overall 3/10, only because the trailer did its job.

Clearly mark the UHAUL office. Make users aware that if in person drop off needed, to make an appointment because personnel is not always on site.

The location has a clear billboard sign but the office itself was not clearly marked and we couldn't figure out where to enter. The employees from next-door were able to point us in the right direction, but the office was locked.The personnel is in and out and is not always there during business hours. We called and were told that they would be there until 6 but there was no body there and we could not get through by phone, calls kept going to voice mail. They arrived about 10 minutes later to accept our auto transport.

Make sure everything is sanitized especially with COVID. Make sure you call your customer 24 hours in advance for pick up location.

I dropped the truck off before this location had opened and dropped the key in a lock box. Received an email to confirm that the transaction was complete. Simply process.

Very kind and friendly people. However, from what the associate told me the owner has two locations and the main business is a car dealership. The boss is the single point of failure when it comes to returning equipment and issuing receipts. If you have multiple businesses then you cannot be the only one who can return equipment and issue the customer a receipt. The associates there tried their best, we're cordial, and tried to provide everything I needed but at the end of the day, I needed a receipt for the U.S. Army to reimburse me. I turned it in on Monday and it took till Thursday to get a receipt. This is after multiple times calling, no answer; visiting and no one there during the posted business hours; and multiple times being told that the boss will email and call/text me when it's sent. The current standard of returning procedure is to log your e-mail and name on a pad of paper. This is part of the problem. The second and most critical part is the associates there need to be trained how to return equipment in the system so my trailer isn't in limbo for four days! The Uhaul 1-800 number couldn't do anything to help me out because they hadn't returned the equipment in the system. If this problem persists it will only get worse from here. I try my best to be fair and honest. I hope this helps fix the issue.

Verify inspection of rental actually properly maintained. Wheel came completely off car dolly. Either lug nuts not torque to spec or balancing off wheels not completed causing large amount of vibration to wheel studs.

I was send from I haul from across as street from United vanlines is located at 8201 Lockheed dr El Paso,Texas 79925 and I have the worst experience i was send to location 6342 airport drive in El Paso Tx the y told me that they open at night my customer drove me there the owner of dealership i call you customer service at 9:45 am what's going on he mentioned he was in that back when they was a pad lock in the store just to let you he arrive at 10 :20 and still took him 20 minutes to do that rental agreements I have to take sometime to forget that bad experience sincerely business Carlos Godina trucking

The location was destined as seemed from a third party. I had the equipment reserved already; however the gentleman was not in when I had went to pick up the item. This cause such delay to my plans and I had to call region to solve the issue.

Location did not have supplies to purchase equipment reason for that is they just started with u-haul. They were not knowledgeable with equipment. But overall they were polite and respectful. I think it would be beneficial if someone from the company go and train new comers to the business.
