This location was a boutique and the owner was not helpful at all. She was unwilling to disconnect the trailer despite me being a disabled veteran. I was eventually able to get the trailer disconnected but was difficult. Additionally, she had no way of moving the trailer once it was dropped. This was one of the excuses that I was given on her limited service.
