During the week day I might use again but if I have to pick up during the weekend no because they are closed and was unable to get any assistance when needed. I had to call U-Haul number to get any help and the lady I talked with was very nice and was able to help me. I had trouble with the lock to get the keys and the black lock box to put the lock in would not open so I had to put lock in the drop box beside it plus it was poring rain.Tim M.

My entire experience was miserable. I will never recommend this company or any of its services. It cost me $450 and the personnel I encountered were rude, took me almost 2 hours to get the rental AND had to sit on hold two different times for 15 minutes the first time and over 30 the second time before I could even get someone on the phone.Christopher B.
First of all I made my reservations ahead of time and when I arrived to check in I was told I did not have a reservation. I had to call in 5 times for assistance because no one was physically on location to help. After 2 hours finally a very old lady comes out and apologizes for the inconvenience but stated she had just had back surgery. Then I asked to rent for 12 hours they wanted me to return in 3 hours after I had done paid over and hundred dollars. I was then charged for mileage I didn't used and never received and refund. This was a terrible experience and would not recommend this facility at all.Carmen L.
Person at this location not friendly in the least. I returned a truck with more fuel in it than when I picked it up and got charged 98.00 for fuel! Really the last time I will ever use Uhaul again. Treat me like crap then burn me with this kind of crap...never again, after 30 years of using this company, never.....never.....again.John B.

The woman who runs that particular U-Haul location is extremely unprofessional. Additionally, she attempted to charge us $30 for fuel even though we returned the truck with the same exact amount of fuel it had when we rented it. She was adamant that we had to pay the money even though it was well documented that the truck had the same amount of fuel. She charged us $.99 per mile. We have rented from another location in our town which only charges $.69 per mile. I would look into this person as I feel she is overcharging customers and pocketing the money.nicholas C.

Let me just say that I was extremely impressed with the service. I had some internet issues with my mobile check in. But the lady in the UHAUL office went above and beyond helping me with my check in. Keep in mind I had to drive an 1 hour to get to this location to pick up my truck. She was extremely helpful and was able to help me complete the process. So a very big thank you to her and I hope she gets to read this.anna E.

Gas tank was not full... was told it was full, but just didn't look like it because the truck was not parked on level ground... once on level ground,... gas tank was not full- but I had to turn it in full.Kathleen B.

I expressed my frustrations over the phone but my pick up location was changed without my knowledge to a place that was not open the day we scheduled to pick up the trailer. We were significantly inconvenienced by having to pick it up a day sooner. Took over an hour for the lady at the pick up location to get the rental entered. Rental agent was not able to process my payment using my original reservation, because her computer program was not working properly. Therefore, she had to cancel my original reservation and rebook the trailer as a walk-in. This took a substantial amount of time that I had not prepared for. Also, I did not get a call confirming my reservation the day before I picked up the trailer.Lisa N.

The rental office smells of cats. The truck smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, and apparently I was charged an automatic cleaning fee on a truck that I had swept. out. I will NEVER rent from or do ANY future business with this location.Jason W.

I needed a truck for 2 days. This location had 1 truck for 24 hrs. The other 2 locations in town had no trucks to rent period. I would suggest adding more trucks to the area for rental or continue to miss rental opportunities.Todd J.
