My girlfriend broke down in the pick up area and I made the 4 hour trip to pick her up and we decided it would be best to tow her car back home and the team at the Mountain grove location went above and beyond to help us. They opened their business to help us on a day they were closed. I can't expressed my gratitude enough for these kind people.

The lady who is in charge of the U-Haul doesn't show up to work on time or even a little late but hours later she will get there with a lazy demeanor I have rented from this place 4 or more times and it is the same way every time

We told them about the air conditioner not working, they didn’t offer any reimbursement. If it was November fine, but late June In the middle of a heat wave, miserable.

First time we've had an issue with this location. Reservation made and confirmed, arrived for pick up and no one that works U-haul area was there. After phone calls made, did the pick up process over the phone.

The outside was of vehicle was good. Inside the vehicle was muddy, a little dirty, & smelled of smoke. Personally didn’t like it because I had to take extra pictures to make sure I wouldn’t be liable or charged for mess from previous user. Overall, front desk person was very kind and helpful, mobile app very user friendly, key pickup & drop off location was good.

No one was at the office when checking back in. Got charged extra for more fuel. Did not get credit for folded blankets and a bundle of unused blankets still in plastic wrap.

We reserved a pickup at 9am, got there and no one there. A guy called the lady said she knew but wouldn't be there until 10. Waited a hour for her to get there. Then the first truck she gave us had engine light on, told us to just take it anyways... we said no want a different truck! By the time we left there to go load it was almost 11am. Two hours wasted!

I was told they could meet me at anytime I needed. I schedule for 8am and later they told me it would have to be 9am. There were 3 of us waiting for someone to show up at 9am so we could get our uhaul and get going. Their person was several minutes late.Thankfully another man let me go ahead of him. Very unprofessional service. I will NOT ever get a U-Haul from them. We were given instructions to sweep out the U-Haul yet it was so very dirty and even had broken glass. We had to sweep it out to even move my stuff.

Hire employees who can dispatch in and emergency correctly. We paid over 1400 for our uhaul and ended up having a major blow out on the interstate. The dispatcher sent a tow company in wrong direction and wrong state. We were stuck on the side of the road with our daughter and two dogs for 4 hrs before help finally arrived. I had really hoped the you as a company would have followed up with us on this matter

Had to pay for ty hem to hook up auto transport, they forgot several vital chains and with a tight schedule, f Ind out running lights not working, now could only drive during the day...put us way behind

We were told UHAUL would reimburse us for what we didnt use (by pick up location) but when we returned the Uhaul TWO (2) DAYS EARLY not even using the allotted mileage we got charged FULL AMOUNT. Very upset in that regard!

Make sure the facilities have the equipment needed. I ordered online and needed an appliance dolly, and a furniture dolly. Neither were there.

We needed and asked for a pickup for a local move, what we got was a 15ft truck with no other choices. Moving from a tight location so box truck would not fit, ended up dollying everything 120ft. Serious pain in the butt

I wouldn't suggested Uhaul in general. Get one price online and go in store and get a higher price by almost $100.

They did not tell me how to unhook the trailer. Luckily the owner just happened to stop by and had to get a huge jack to help me.
