John KLook this place saved my bacon! I needed to haul furniture for my mom last minute. I setup a self check in with the Ben and white location and was told it’s only self checkout when someone is at the location. I got stuck in traffic timing was at exactly the hour mark. Then told we don’t speak English 😑 But got to Ed’s and was able to check in Obi just like it said I could and when I had an issue after hours someone answered the phone and came out to help. I will only shop here for my U-Haul needs moving forward. Thanks you guys.

Dan RThey were closed for a couple days, apparently. They had a number to call for Uhaul drop offs scribbled in crayon. They said to drop it off or don’t. No help or communication at all.
Raul RThe drop off location was dark & scary. I wasn’t sure if the uhaul was going to be safe there. It looked like a junkyard at first.
CARLOS OLocation is a bit funky being located at an automotive garage with many vehicles scattered around in a field and a wrecked building at the rear of the property. However the lady that helped me was excellent. She had the trailer ready to go, hooked it up, briefed me on all pertinent info and checked that everything was in working order. Checkout using her cell phone worked flawlessly. Easiest checkout ever.
STUART KThe lady that checked me out was very nice and helpful and professional. And most of all effectively quick. This is a smaller U-Haul which is nice because they usually have trailers.

thomas pI spoke to a woman on the phone twice at this location. Both times, super helpful. Drop off was easy. The property is a little wild. Big field, dirt road, leads to an automotive barn that has uhaul written on a glass window with a number to call, the mechanic at the barn has nothing to do with uhaul, cars all over the property, uhaul trailers are in a visible spot up front. It's just different than most uhaul centers.

Gabriel TProcess was easy now that it’s done, looking back. I didn’t think there was adequate instructions for picking up keys. I had to search the website for a while to pull up my reservation and check in. A lot of walking from the truck to the key box…but in the end it worked well.

Ashlinn JI was told that I should fill the gas tank to the level that I received. However I was charged with the gas. I am not sure if it is due to the computer system problem but if you don’t ask me for the fuel level before how come you can compare it with the level after?

ANTHONY FMy experience with Uhaul as a whole was terrible. The unprompted cancellation, last minute changes in pickup locations, constantly changing information, and terrible customer service from some individuals give me no reason to ever recommend this company to anyone. There were some very helpful individuals (Angela at the Bluff Springs pickup location was enormously helpful), and some very unprofessional ones, but overall the company has glaring issues in communication and organization. I would strongly recommend anyone reading this to consider any other option for moving.

clayton aI did not rent a truck. I live in Philadelphia and have never been to Texas. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and suggest you do the same. Whoever rented that truck committed a crime.

Peter DLots of space for the truck when dropping off, don’t be fooled by the lack of signage. Staff was very friendly, super easy process.
Ashley Ccustomers returning vehicles should park vehicle in the same place they got them, instead of deserting them all over the property with no order or structure.
