ANGELA WAS THIROUGH WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE MEASURE TO ASSIST ME WITH A RENTAL. SHE WENT OVER ALL DISCLOSURES WITH OPTIONS. SHE EXPLAINED FEATURES TO THE VEHICLE SHE WAS FRIENDLY. STAFF THERE AT THIS LOCATION TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. I DEFINITELY WILL BE CALLING THIS LOCATION TO ASSIST ANY OF MY FUTURE UHAUL NEEDS.

Angela was incredibly accommodating I would recommend anyone I know to go to Ed’s Automotive location as long as Angela is running the show. She was a pleasure to do business with!!

Angela was amazing! She took great care of me and I will definitely be renting form her again. UHAUL needs to get the crap together. Their website wasn't working, i had to reschedule my pickup time, wasn't made aware that if you are late, your reservation is cancelled. You should make people aware of that. Also, when calling to speak to a person, I shouldn't have to be on hold for 20+ minutes and not have anyone come on the phone to speak to me. I really don't want to hear about how you want reviews for 20 minutes. ANGELA WAS GREAT, UHAUL GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!

Angela was very nice and went the extra mile to be helpful. The site location was not organized...there were cars everywhere since it was a mechanic's shop and everything was parked on the grass with no particular order. The pickup took 1.5 hours and we ended up leaving without the tow dolly and received a refund for it because they didn't have the equipment was not ready for pickup. There was no clear path for the U-Haul to be moved either. Also, the dealer's animals were everywhere unleashed and would rub against you. While sweet, not professional and caused an allergic reaction on my skin. The only positive part of the experience was Angela. She stuck it out and helped the best she could but overall, I would recommend anyone who needs to a U-Haul rental to go to a corporate managed location and not a dealer.

Pave the driveways. Have signs up letting customers know where to park their cars and where to park their uHaul.

It will be great to have a designated UHaul kiosk or at least a separate room for the employee in that area for the customers instead of using the available space which is actually a part of the car workshop and is very spooky in the first place and clutter all over, please try to provide a specific well maintained space for UHaul trucks and employee to get the transactions done in a very organized and clean matter.

Your mobile truck pickup app didn't work. Waited forty minutes in a blazing hot parking lot for someone to approve me on the app, then said screw it and went into the office. The truck stank like mildew and there was dog hair everywhere. I reserved an appliance dolly but there weren't any onsite, in fact she said she never has any on site. Shit app, shit service, dirty truck. Won't happen again because next time I will just use Turo and rent a truck.

This location was friendly, allowed us to use the facility for overnight storage when our moving plans did not go correctly. They fixed the UHAUL paperwork that was incorrect from the previous location with the trailer numbers and made drop off easy.

Computer where outdated agent kept saying the site was going down had to send me contract after I left with truck. The Truck smelled like rotten milk. She also said we picked up at 9;30 am but by the time we left the store it was after 10am due to her repeated trying to get us checked in.

The inside of the uhaul had mud and dog hair all over the inside, which we were blamed for when returning the truck in Houston. This was eventually settled. The truck had multiple scratches that were not marked or documented before we drove the truck. The pick up location was extremely dirty.

The gas reading was a little off, but Angela was great and provided me with the necessary information. I appreciate that this location was flexible on hours as well.
