The person who helped me was great. She was very helpful and professional. However the pickup location was a dirty auto shop. Crap piled on top of crap everywhere. Place didn't look like it has been cleaned in 20 years.

The location / staff were great but the online UHaul process and validation requirements were simply awful. Could have had us submit the driver photo / license photos / third adult contact before we were in the lot trying to get access to the truck.

Super difficult to navigate the lot - there's cars in the roadway when driving in. We went to drop off the vehicle and the lot was muddy, which made parking the truck difficult.

I also rented a trailer at a different location. Kinda weird that when someone rents a trailer to hook up to your truck, you charge an extra 20 dollars to have someone help secure the vehicle. I spent over 1500 on U-Haul products and that's kind of petty. To beat it all i had to re strap the vehicle tires because the guy didn't do a good job and after 2 hours of highway driving I had to pull over and redo it because they had come Completely undone and loose.

Angela was super helpful during the rental process. However, the auto trailer/dolly was not wide enough. As a result, the auto trailer caused damage to my vehicle. Even during my call to roadside assistance, she was helpful. I had a poor experience with Roadside Assistance. After 3 hrs of sitting in the Little Rock UHaul facility, who didn't help me, they informed me that the newer version of the auto trailer was the same width as the older auto trailer - 72". Neither was wide enough for my 1999 Ford Expedition. Only option was to drive the rental truck and our personal vehicle to our destination. I need to file a damage claim as a result of my vehicle not being compatible with the width of the trailer. It damaged the running boards on both sides and perhaps more than that. Had to drive the vehicle 6 hours which put additional and unexpected wear and tear on the vehicle. This was not ideal for the vehicle which is why we towed it in the first place. I need customer support to call me, and walk me through the claim process.

My father waited to be attended for 30 minutes until the man moseyed back to assist in dropping off the uhaul. The place is basically a junk yard/mechanic yard and unsafe to park uhauls. He almost hit a vehicle with the trailer because the lot was so packed.

This location was EXCELLENT but true place I had my original reservation was horrific. Antonio Jaime at Watson and Taylor Self Storage was horrible and delayed my original reservation by 3 hours until we could find another uhaul at this location.

The place for this location looks really weird. It would be useful to make it a little bit more plain that the office is part of an independent mechanic shop so that folks like me do not get lost. The drive way could be improved as well. Its quite beat up. Luckily my car had a metal belly pan so nothing was damaged but it definitely scraped. The service was great though. The person womanning the desk was fantastic, helped me get set up with my van and made sure I was good to go for moving day. Kudos to them!

If it's extra for delivery after hours make sure that's blatantly clear. We didn't realize that it was going to cost us $20 bucks more nor did we know when the location would close. that's my only complaint.

Place is a junkyard with broken down vehicles.Muddy after a rain.U-Haul Company needs to take the dealership away from this location.I left the trailer I rented a day early & got notified 24 hours later because it was not checked in.Very disappointed in this drop off location.

Great service, but only one worker. Having multiple workers could speed up the process because there were several people that needed trucks/trailers but only one woman to help everyone out.

Fix your online experience. I clearly set up a dropoff in Lockhart, TX but the day of dropoff got a text saying I had to drop it off in San Marcos. I dropped it off in Lockhart, and I'd best not be charged any extra. Surely not the pickup location's fault, to be fair.

Angela was amazing! She took great care of me and I will definitely be renting form her again. UHAUL needs to get the crap together. Their website wasn't working, i had to reschedule my pickup time, wasn't made aware that if you are late, your reservation is cancelled. You should make people aware of that. Also, when calling to speak to a person, I shouldn't have to be on hold for 20+ minutes and not have anyone come on the phone to speak to me. I really don't want to hear about how you want reviews for 20 minutes. ANGELA WAS GREAT, UHAUL GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!

Angela was very nice and went the extra mile to be helpful. The site location was not organized...there were cars everywhere since it was a mechanic's shop and everything was parked on the grass with no particular order. The pickup took 1.5 hours and we ended up leaving without the tow dolly and received a refund for it because they didn't have the equipment was not ready for pickup. There was no clear path for the U-Haul to be moved either. Also, the dealer's animals were everywhere unleashed and would rub against you. While sweet, not professional and caused an allergic reaction on my skin. The only positive part of the experience was Angela. She stuck it out and helped the best she could but overall, I would recommend anyone who needs to a U-Haul rental to go to a corporate managed location and not a dealer.
