Very happy with the service received from Ed's Auto Parts regarding the rental of the UHaul Truck. Ed handled my transaction and was very professional as well as personable. I would recommend this location to anyone in my area needing to rent a UHaul.

As I was placing the keys in the lock box, my finger pressed a button on my phone and I lost the UHaul connection. When I tried to retrieve the connection I was placed at the beginning.

Ed's was a great place to rent my trailer. UHAUL's res system is deplorable and caused a 45 min delay in picking up my reserved trailer. Upgrade your system UHaul!

Tried to check this vehicle in online and couldn't. Then when we called a so called “customer service†representative on the phone she was very rude and told us to just take care of it in the morning. Very disrespectful to a customer. Our time is valuable also and to be treated like that I think I will just use a competitor or borrow a truck next time.

Truck was a little dirty in the cab, you could tell it had been wiped down but had some mud on the floor and the steering wheel
