Close to my neighborhood, secure and convienient. Used this facility for over three years without a problem. Finally after three years of moving to Edmond, I have been able to downsize and no longer need the storage unit.

I was impressed with the friendly staff and the willingness to help in order to be sure that my experience there went smoothly. The facility was always clean. I never saw any trash blowing around. Never had any problems accessing the facility. If I need storage again, I will go back here..

Ann was great! My expectations these days for customer service are pretty low so dealing with Ann gave me hope. She always returned my calls promptly and cheerfully. She made the whole process easy. I would definitely use this storage facility again.

We kept our lock in keys because they were ours we had bought them ahead of time 😁 my husband swept out the storage unit and it is ready to re-rent now. Thank you so much for everything! Suzanne Mayeux

You priced your facility out of the market with the last price increase. Also everyone has the same code to the gate. Need to update the security code system.

The facility was top notch and well kept. My biggest issue was the lack of communication with the employees by phone. It was difficult to get a timely response when needed.
