The check engine light was on. Things like that should be verified before anyone uses the UHaul trucks
Brenda MGave me the wrong truck, and didnt get a text about confirming correct truck until already packed. Now I am being charged for the trip I took, and a trip I did not take, which has been up to $530.

Jolen Fonly had a 1/4 tank of gas. Did not have the handtruck, Did not have the moving pads. Truck had 182,000 miles on it. It was blowing blue smoke and barely climbed the mountain going to Hagerstown

arthur cThey could not get their computer up and running. But she signed off on the back of my contract that it was received for date and time and continued to try to terminate the rental on her personal phone. Very nice young lady.

George MReal friendly and nice people to deal with smooth and easy cheapest gas in Annapolis to refuel when return truck i checked my debit card earlier today to see if a refund has been issued yet ... none showing as of noon Monday I would like to have a receipt that shows what i paid for First observation : the in box floor space was not 15 feet Lucky for me there was still room to spare when everything was loaded correctly and only need one load one trip Loading ramp comes in handy Nice to know my debit card can get me a truck if I need one
john zYour system was awful!! You canceled my reservation, drop off guy was rude unhelpful and wouldn't take trailer, I had to go to a different location. Your online account had the wrong drop off location.....JUST ALL AROUND HORRIBLE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE MONEY. Not to mention to get a trailer hitch on I was told a month...I did it in 3 hours. Never using or recommending you to anyone.....I should get a refund for all of this horrific way to treat a customer!!!!
CARL KThe map location sends you to wrong address. You have to go further south than where the address takes you. About 9 minutes past actually. Dont remember the other address. Also the phone number on the website seems to be inaccurate or out of date.

Bruce SI really needed a small square dollie to move a couch. The Central Ave folks sent me to another UHaul location off Solomons Island Road, however, they did not have one either. It would be good to have a few in Edgewater! The Central Ave folks were friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent their van again.
Marina DWas a bit frustrated because I ordered a Uhaul pickup for an Annapolis location, but got moved to Baltimore two days before rental pickup, and had to call on the phone to be moved closer to Edgewater. Keeping the pickup location the same would definitely improve customer satisfaction.
Andrew SOwner/operator was an hour late in opening and only showed after repeated calls to the number on the contract. Then did not bother with an inspection of the vehicle or check of mileage. Total opposite experience of the pick up location. This experience will affect my decision of who I rent from next time.
Michael GThe location was supposed to be open at 8am but no one showed up until 8:45. We could not get in touch with the owner who had his number on the window but when called did not answer and voice mailbox was full so we couldn't leave a message. When trying to get in touch with U-Haul we had to wait over 20 minutes to get an agent and never did. The owner showed up when we were still on the phone waiting. We returned the truck early that morning so that my wife could go to work on time but she was late because of the late opening of the business. We tried to return the truck online but despite the fact that we were clearly sharing our location we received the message that our location could not be verified so the online app did not work for us' I don't understand why we couldn't have been assigned a closer location to our home to return the truck as we have one approximately 1 mile from our home. We believe that U-Haul should reconsider using this business as one of its agents.

Necmettin AMy scheduled pick up time was 7am. The gas station which held the key had their hours opening at 8am and nobody showed up until 8:30am
Jacob J- Had to wake up the attendant sleeping on the floor behind the counter at 8:50 am. - Attendant was unfamiliar with the computer system and called/facetimes someone to walk through the registration system, which took almost 30 minutes. - I had to remind the attendant that a dolly was included in the rental(minutes after completing the form), which he then went and retrieved - After getting the dolly, I had to remind attendant that moving pads/covers were included in the rental, at which point he told me that they didn't have any, so I was charged for these without ever getting them. - After returning the vehicle later that afternoon, the same attendant proved incapable of checking in the return, so I had to leave without any receipt. The receipt that I was supplied via e-mail incorrectly states that I returned moving pads (which I could not since they were never issued). - U-Haul should seriously reconsider providing rentals from this location.
