Shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours to pick up a truck Customer service is horrible Running other businesses out of the building. Tons of people in and out distracting the young man waiting on me including his girlfriend bugging him for a hammer and cell phone cord while trying to call uhaul to resolve our pickup issues Truck only had 1/8 tank of gas when I picked up Place is filthy and unprofessional

I waited over an hour for the transaction to be done. I was charged more than quoted even with going under the miles and filling the gas up

Utility dolly was missing from truck. Owner of building towed my personal vehicle from the lot while I was utilizing the uhaul truck for my move. Lost 3 hours downtime trying to get my vehicle back

This establishment was beyond unprofessional. The facility was dirty, disorganized and I felt unsafe the entire time during my transaction. There was no credit card terminal and I was asked to provide my credit card number verbally by the employee. It appeared as well that the individual working there also lived there, as I woke him up while knocking on the facilities door because it was not open at the posted opening time. At both my pick up and drop off times the workers had personal friends visiting and hanging out behind the counter including a large dog.

Between 3 employees they could not figure out how to do process on computer. All 3 were sitting arguing with each other cursing at each other. It took them an hour to figure out how to rent me a u haul & only did so because a man from another u haul location came inside & walked them through the process. He then went on to give me a $30 discount because of the unprofessionalism.

This place was disgusting. No AC in 92 degree heat. Waited 25 mins for a computer to “reboot”. Manager had no clue what he was doing. Upon return, people were smoking in the office and there was a loose pit bull who charged the door at me when I opened it. U-HAUL you are disappointing letting these horrible vendors sell your products. I will never in my life use UHAUL again or more importantly go near this place. Be warned.

I think that when you rent a truck you should have more then a 1/4 of a tank of gas when you start driving. They also need to clean the inside main cabins of the trucks the floors were filthy

The auto 24/7 service needs work it wanted me to take my hat off an due to my religion this state was only able to get me to do it once. I have all necessary documents why couldn't it go through.

The office was closed when I arrived and it was situated in the parking lot where there is an abandoned warehouse.There was a number posted on the window and the guy did come as soon as I called. He was the friend of the person that actually runs the place. I was given the truck with no explanation. I called him as the check engine light came on however he assured me the truck would be fine. On the plus side- the transaction went smoothly,the truck was very clean,everything worked,it was relatively easy to get to, close to where I had to make my pick up, and the price for a one way trip was unbeatable. If need be I would use it again.

The rental place gave me the WRONG TRUCK so when I returned mine they didn’t have record of it and the one I was supposed to have was on a one way to a different location they proceeded to text me at 8pm 3 days later asking if I returned it and accused me of stealing the truck!!

The guy that took care of me was smoking weed , cigg..and cursing that is so unprofesional i would never go back
