I got charged an extra day because the receipt said I was 15 minutes late returning the equipment. This is technically untrue, since I had already disconnected the equipment from my vehicle myself, then had to wait in line, then had to wait while they figured out what was wrong with the uhaul interface on their computer systemS (yes, multiple systems). So, an improvement could be the accuracy of the return time, or perhaps offering an hourly rental rate in addition to the full day rate.

U-Haul should have all customers leave fuel tank at full level for next customer. It is hard to refill a tank to just "3/8" full.... But everything was good!

My truck broke down while returning, I had to sit for an hour waiting for someone to come. Then had to have someone come pick me up because truck could not be fixed. It was late 10:30-11:00 pm - so very aggravating after moving all day.

Many personal vehicles in parking area for trucks. Then while dropping off lot was full of cops for a pull over. Not their fault but had to leave in a bad spot. They were closed

The cab of the truck was covered in gunk, very sticky, and disgusting. We had a child who we had to try to keep from touching it, and we were left with nowhere to put things in the cab. The cab also stunk like cigarettes.

You truly fucked me on the free month storage morning card got charged $150.00 for my free month storage then the place would not take the trailer. And that is where you told us to go!!!!

The trailer was very dirty and growing green mold on the outside. The inside was clean and dry but it was questionable when I first picked up.

I requested a 10ft truck online. I called the next day to confirm my request since the day of my pickup was Easter and I knew the shop would be closed. They informed me there were no 10ft trucks available. I would not have known that otherwise, they didn’t attempt to let me know my request couldn’t be completed. I instead reserved the 15ft. When I picked up the truck, they hadn’t left a key for me. We waited 45 minutes for someone to bring us a new key. I also received the wrong size dolly but was charged for the other one anyway and i couldn’t even use it. i received and was charged for furniture pads i did not order. When we returned the truck, I was charged an additional $118 on top of the $65 I was charged for the truck, dolly, and insurance. $40 of which was for fuel, even though we only drove 3 miles. I called and was informed the initial $65 would go back into my account after 3 days, but i still had to pay the $118 even though i was charged for things i did not order and for things i did not receive.. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I was misled to believe I would only be paying $65, and instead had to pay almost $200 that i can’t even afford. All on Easter.

I was booked to pick up the Uhaul on Friday at noon, returning on Saturday at noon. I asked at pick up if I needed it longer, what I should do. I was advised to keep it until 7am Monday and would only be charged 19.99 plus milage. I was invoiced for that, and my card ran for the amount on the invoice. 3 days later, my card was ran again for another 130.00 and no invoice or reason as to why. So in total I paid 360.00 for 2 day rental and 171 miles. Plus 14.00 insurance for 2 days. Absolute highway robbery. I even filled the tank up. It's an example of taking advantage of a single woman.

Double check to make sure everything that was ask for is in truck. Ask for a dollie and furniture dollie got to house without both. Had to return after we load and get.

I was told to pick up a truck at Peoples Choice and there were none available when I got there. Had the move all set up and NO TRUCK! However, I went to Eddie Hair and they were incredibly understanding and courteous. They got me in a trailer which wasn't my first choice but we got the move done. Thank you Eddie Hair Team!

Great service. I rented a 26' truck to store furniture while having floors refinished at my house. It was much less expensive than renting a POD and I had ample room. The truck was clean, and the service provided was friendly and courteous.

I told the front I only needed the U-Haul for a day two days max. And they charged me for 5. When I asked about returning it early they said I would be credited back for an early return. I was charged in full? Also there was damage on the tow dolly and the cargo area of the U-Haul was covered in dirt and mud. Even though I didn’t use the cargo area as I was only towing a broken down car from Tennessee to my home. I still swept it out and did the best of cleaning everything as it states in the app. Very unhappy with this experience and price.

When you quote someone a price. Honor it. Don’t add another $50 for a one way when I clearly told you it would be s one way and then you forgot and price gauge me. Called customer service. No manager has called me back. So upset and disgusted with uhaul. Someone better call me back!!!

I was charged for an additional day. When I figured out why my total was so high, you would think they would refund the difference. You would be wrong instead they either cancelled or refunded my original amount then charged my updated amount. But the original amount has not been refunded. So now I have 7 dollars in the bank and dont know when I will have the amount refunded.

They went above and beyond and I was very happy with my service. I'd like to thank them for all there help. They were so eager to answer all my questions and help me. I got copies of all documents and they walked through everything with me. The gentleman that helped me the day I picked trailer up even hooked up my hitch for me. It was new and unopened. He hooked trailer up and performed all the safety checks. He was so polite and respectful and so very very helpful. I give them two thumbs up and would recommend them in a heartbeat to EVERYONE!!!!!! They deserve to be applauded for the above and beyond efforts for there customers. That entire establishment was top notch. I seen them handling other business with customers for there tire shop etc and so very professional and helpful. All there customers including me all seemed well taken care of and happy. Thank you to Oak Ridge TN location U-haul!!!! I am very satisfied, thank you!!!!!!!

The auto transport unit was old and was not good for our car because it didn't have enough clearance to open the driver door even when the fender was down. I rented an auto transport before that was of a newer model and it didn't have this problem.

Rented a 20' truck, 3 dozen blankets and an appliance dolly. Everything was good and clean except for the blankets. About half of the blankets had leaves and dirt on them. All were folded neatly but the dirt got into our house when we unwrapped our furniture.
