The location for drop off was fine. However, the drop-off process/website did mess up and glitch as I was completing the drop-off process.

Michael McElhaney5x8 trailer had grease on the floor. looked like previous renter was hauling some sort of equipment used for tree cutting due to the amount of pine needles in it. I do like the ease of connecting and disconnecting the trailer. Also like how easy it pulls and tracks behind my truck.
Myles DeckerThe U-Haul was clean inside, but it smelled like gas really bad and because of that everything that I put in the U-Haul smelled like gas and I had to wash everything to get the gas smell out and on top of that I paid for a dolly and they did not give me the right dolly so I didn’t even use a dolly so I paid extra for that for nothing. I figured I would at least get some credit back for that, but haven’t even heard back from them after my complaint.

Robert BakerHave the equipment of first choice available or even second choice available. I really wanted a pickup, then a 10’ truck, as first and second choices. I ended up with a 15’ truck, which was way more than we needed.
Christa LandasBeing older, we have difficulty taking the trailer off the receiver because of the weight. When you return outside of business hours, we bring our own jack to lift the tongue. Would be a huge help if uhaul trailers had the crank lift with wheel on them to lift off the receiver. We don't rent that often, just a suggestion.
michael bellDidn't appreciate the last minute change from Burns Tire to Shaggo Real estate and then find they were closed when I went to get the trailer. Thankfully Burns Tire was able to get the trailer leased to me.

Sean Daltononly problem was returning equipment after hours. directions said to place pads and dolly in cab of truck and to lock it. it was a chore getting dolly in there. maybe u haul could have a padlock that all dealers have a key for. this would allow returned equipment to be locked in cargo area

Andrew NoskoThe pick up location was a joke very dirty and unorganized they couldn't even print me out my contract., the truck had a very loud exhaust leak (manifolds) and I was told not to worry about it they all do that, try driving 17 hours with a extremely loud exhaust that even the radio wouldn't drown out. the inside of the truck cab and box were filthy dirty and I had to clean it out before I could loud my things in it, there was no washer fluid and the drivers wiper made the rain worse. I also had to go out and get the truck and car dolly myself in 2ft deep grass, no instructions given on how to hook up the dolly nor any kind of walk around was performed with me. I was told " dollys in the field over there you'll find it".. I will NOT use Uhaul again if this is what I can expect to get for my $2700.00. I was given a price match when I reserved my trip which was not honored at the pick up location. Uhaul should be more involved in who they let represent them. I used Uhaul because of their reputation which for me is now tarnished, .Keep in mind I could have gone with a number of other company's Honestly this was so bad of an experience that I would ask for a refund. but I did make it where I was going but still VERY UNHAPPY with the kind of money I spent to get such poor equipment and service.

Christopher RoyerThe people on the phone were friendly but far from helpful. Everytime I was told by someone that someone would call , I got no call. I was to pick up car hauler on Tuesday. I had to call you at 2:00 pm Monday to find out about my rental that was 60 miles from the actual rental point. Then when I went to pick up the trailer I had the wrong ball on my hitch because no one mentioned the size I needed. You added 3 hours on to my 8 hour trip. Then today I spent an hour on the phone to get a delivery point (which was not on contract) . I delivered it to the point but although there were u-haul vehicles there I believe the place to be out of business. It’s on you now. You took 4 hours of my life and I will never recommend u-haul!!!!
Jeff Switzerupon arriving at my final destination in Florida, I discovered that large portion of the items were extremely wet due to a lot of rain during my trip. these items were not supposed to get wet. the reason i for the covered trailer. the price was disappointing as i paid $290 for a one way for a 4x6 to florida. i paid $120 for a 5x8 to go from florida to pennsylvania just two months ago
scott engstlerThe uhaul leaked. We drove through a rainstorm, and my mattresses and boxes got soaked. The bottom of a box went out, and I lost one of the glasses from my wedding. My daughters mattress is 2 months old, and is now water stained. I'm not pleased.

Tracey EstokTruck cargo area was dirty. Gas was only 1/4 full, which is hard to gauge how much gas to buy when you return it. I overestimated and filled it up and returned it 3/4 full wasting around $40. Also, I ordered 24 pads which both he and I forgot to load. Mauer's Trading Post in Franklin was really nice and provided them.

lorie RowlesI ordered a truck from a Warren PA location weeks in advance. We were to pick up nov 25. On nov 23 in the evening I was told no trucks are available at that location. I had to drive over an hr to pick up a truck in Titusville. I was told I would receive $50. As per your quainter. Never received.
