El truck tiene cucarachas y. Para colmo me cobraron por 4 días y yo lo utilice tres días y los entregué casi una hora antes de la 10 de la mañana y con $15. Dolares de gasolina extra de los que me lo entregaron a mi cuando yo lo entregué el señor no estaba ahí y me cobró como si yo hubiera entregado el camión tarde y NO FUE ASI Y TENGO PRUEBAS DE QUE YO ENTREGUÉ EL CAMIÓN AL REDEDOR DE LAS 9:20 DE LA MAÑANA. QUIERO QUE ME DEVUELBAN LOS $85 DOLARES Y FRACCIÓN QUE ME COBRÓ DE MAS Y LOS $15.00 DOLARES DE GASOLINA QU TIENE EXTRAS.

First off, no one at this location was practicing social distancing. And I had a VERY difficult time with the app and checking out. I tried asking at the location for some assistance and no one could help (clerk at the register wasn't even wearing a mask). I tried calling and was on hold for over 20 minutes! I tried using your instant messaging from my phone, the person on the other end was NOT helpful. They told me to keep trying on my phone. I was finally able to get my code for the lock box after about an hour of my being nervous at this location with everything that was going on. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

There was a homeless man inside the truck. Since there were only two trucks (the other being too small), and we were on a tight schedule, we had to get the man out and use the truck.

Needs to be better customer service and better maintain vehicle. My truck had a hole in the roof and all my stuff got wet.
