Maribel FThe location is not bad, although the parking lot could be bigger. The owner was either trying to flirt or just be funny, but it was inappropriate. The first truck he gave us, we got about 5min away and it started to shake pretty badly and the check engine light was on. Also, the A/C was not working. We turned around and requested another truck. At first he was hesitant, but then provided another truck. After that, our interactions were minimal and okay. But, I will not be going back to that location.

Madeline OHad issues with pickup. Did online pickup and the truck number issued had to be updated by the person on-site as they wanted to switch trucks. The issue was it updated the new truck on the backend but not the app. So, it was trying to continue making me verify everything for the wrong vehicle, like license plate. Had to call and chat to make sure things were done and reflected correctly. Lost an hour of time. Also, had to upload my drivers license again, even though I did it the day before with links sent. Makes me cautious about using mobile pickup/drop off in the future.
Torry GAsked why we were charged for wrong dropoff when we scheduled a one way to Kissimmee and called to see if they could take the truck. Emailed uhaul and have received no response.
TERRY PI originally booked online the small one bedroom truck, when I arrived they gave me the 20 foot truck (no one told me). The truck smelled like smoke, dirty and the steering wheel was difficult to operate.

Richard BTry not to cancel a reservation without contacting the customer first. Uhaul itself canceled my reservation because I was running late for pick up because of traffic.
