My complaint is the road in off the street was horrible for an RV....giant pot holes and the poor thing got tossed around really could use some grading at the least. The lady there was great though.sam Y.

The location was supposedly open at the time I returned, but there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily away. Again, this was not the location I was supposed to drop according to my reservation. I was supposed to drop at 10890 US Hwy 190 E, Point Blank, TX, but when I got there, they said they were no longer affiliated with U-Haul, so again, I had to drive out of my way to return the truck. U-Haul needs to get their system organized.KYLE W.
The lady who takes care of Uhaul here is great, went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was prepared for my journey from Texas to Maine. Had to modify reservation which entailed a lot more than just modification, and the rep at this location, along with the regional rep, worked through my situation and helped tremendously. Highly recommend this site specifically to anyone in that area.Jeffrey D.
3 different locations with all the same name in Livingston Tx. I was scheduled for 8am and was there the people where not. They didn't open till 9 am. Then Wanted to Charge ME extra days rent because I WAS LATE. They where the ones late. They Need to have a better drop off site because GPS brings you to 1 of 3 with same name. Good luck trying to pick the right one. I WILL not be returning to the location and almost Will not use U-haul again. Me not using them won't do anything but I hope they see this reviewJOHN S.

Fill up the gas tank PRIOR to customer picking up so that they don't have to do it as soon as they leave the lot. Keep better track of where truck is rented from so that it's at the proper lot NOT down the highway thus making customer wait.Laszlo C.

Your online system is worthless! You have no idea where or what trucks are available. when I know SEVERAL are available your online and phone in tells me none is available in size wanted absolutely worthless! I was told to drop off truck at location in Pointblank that no longer takes u-haul trucks. Next morning found another location to drop off at, and nobody showed up at 9 as shown on the website. I also called the u-haul number numerous times during the time I had the truck, and was hung up on, right after a recording tells me u-haul was having issues, to call back later. This happened several days straight. Very poor customer service.DONNA M.

Gas was refilled to prescribed requirement. When the truck was parked on a slight incline when turned in the gas gage read slightly less than prescribed. I have a picture of the gas gage before parking as proof! Please contact me for the photo. I am not pleased since I feel I fulfill my contractual duties. Please respond. Again there was no one at this location to assist with unhooking trailer from our truck. The lady was nice but she said we would have to unhook the trailer. She also was unable to provide a receipt of return. Just kept saying I would receive email later.alisha W.
