The wrong key was in the box and I had to call to get the code for the other box to get the right key. They did not provide me with the appliance dolly and furniture pads I ordered. I had to go to another location to pick these items up.Katy S.

We rented from this location for one day and did an after hours drop off. We were then charged for two days. When told, they adjusted it on paper but never gave me credit on my card. It's been a week and I have yet to see anything on my credit card. So I put the charge in dispute with my credit card to take care of it because I felt they weren't even trying to resolve this.PETER A.

Do Not read the odometer wrong! Check out mileage 12945 turn in mileage was 13067 NOT 13607. I did not go 540 miles, I only went 122 miles! I did not go to Florida & Back! I was over charged either 174.83 or 197.85. I want a refund ASAP! Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated! Kim KKim K.

Had a hard time locating where the key was even after messaging/calling customer service. I was just told the passcode After 20 mins I located the keys. I was not informed that the dolly was not available that I purchased with this location. At that location- no one answers the phone and voice mailbox is full.Sherri M.
I was trying to pick up the van using my phone, but it said my session had expired. I went into the office to find out what to do. I sat there for about 15 minutes then tried to log in again. I was then able to pick up the van. No one working there acknowledged that I or the other two people waiting were there.Mary B.

I was to be using the 24/7 pickup thinking it would be easier and quicker. Well it turned out not to be. Everything that I filled out to reserve the truck I had to do all over again. It took 30min to pick the truck up and get the keys.Kevin P.

Ordered a utility dolly for our washer, dryer, stove, refrig and realized it was not on the truck after we had already stared loading the truck... so we had to jump through hoops to move the heavy appliances. We were charged for the dolly as well as furniture pads which we never used. We were ultimately refunded the $10.60 but it really doesn't matter because the pain came from not being able to move these heavy appliances without a dolly. Will never use this location again and don't recommend it.Tonii T.

It seems like a strange process to have to give a full name and phone number, for one of my friends to confirm that they know me.. For "verification purposes". I was never given a reason as to why this was necessary. Myself, I do not always answer phone calls from random phone numbers due to spam. Other than that an okay process.Charlotte L.

The cab had a very bad order. When my husband ask the man about it , he said it would take him 30 minutes to clean it. We were right for time he did not offer him another truck or anything. We were also told by the lady at the company who sent us there that we would have to pay around 168.00 total. However we were charged around $199.00 . Counter person, Neasy, was great, but management took a week to fix broken gate. That is not acceptable. Should have been fixed the same day it was broken. The fence motor box is not fastened to concrete so anybody can lift it off and disable the motor. Unacceptable.Charles C.

Gas fill was Broken, kept shutting off the gas refill (like it was full) so it took 20min to put 4gal if gas into the van. I was charged 20 cents more per mlle than quoted by UHaul reservations contact and odometer readings were off causing me to pay $10 more in mileage than I actually used.Jody S.

After standing there in the rain for more than half an hour with no personnel around, we figured out that there is this tiny tiny window at the side of the door to drop your keys! The truck I rented was not ready for pick up when I arrived. I had to wait for the 1 guy working that day to run to the store to get oil for the U-Haul truck and come back and put the oil in the U-Haul truck. I had a reservation and the vehicle should have been ready when I arrived.Lori M.
I only went 29miles on a full tank WITH THE SMALLEST UHAUL TRUCK and decided not to fill the tank back up cause it was on 7/8 and check my receipt and they said I turned it in half way so they charged me an extra 59 bucks for gas!! How is that even possible to go only 29miles on full and be on half returning it, if that was the case I would have filled it up myself and wouldn't even get to 59 bucks to fill it back up. OH AND THIS WAS THE SMALLEST TRUCK!!antonio F.
