Place trailer tongues on lifts to make it easier to hitch/unhitch.

Once we got home we noticed they were not there but we were billed $40 anyhow. Place seemed disinterested in us anyhow. Would not use again. Also tried to charge more than the stated amount for boxes. Online it says $1.09 each doe bundle of 25. When I got there they tried to charge $1.70 per box.

Also veryfing "equipment" rental along with truck conditions/fuel etc would be good since I had requested (and charged) for 2 sets of blankets and they were incomplete.
Ana R.Chang that rude and disrespectful manager that goes by the name of EDWARD B CUMMINGS .I have been using uhall for over 5 years and I have never experience this kind of behavior from a person that is supose to be in charge of a location. I will never ever use that location again and I will tell all my friends not to do business with that location. First he tried to charge me double for the rental.telling me that I have to pay for two days in order to have the truck for 24 hurs.he said that the price on the app was incorrect and starting to shout at me Telling me to go rent elsewhere and refuse to listen to anything I had to say. I pick up the truck minutes to 11 and he told me that I have to take it back by 3 pm because thats the time they close .after a long back and forth and me telling him that is not how uhall operates he than told me I can drop it off by 10 pm that same day.i think he was trying to scam me by overcharging me and when I didn't allow thst to happen he god mad.i keep asking him why are you getting upset with me asking questions and he just walk away. So I was forced to return the truck because I didn't want him to overcharged my card. Now I will have to do another rental to complete my project. Super disappointed. 0 rating for that location and I hape uhall can find a better manager for that location or train that person in customer service.

Paul A.I made a reservation. I was aware that the equipment was not going to be available where I reserved. I was suppose to receive a phone call within an hour. I did not. I finally received a text telling me where to pickup. I get there and not only did they not have the equipment they did not have my reservation. The employee there was very inattentive and of little help. I asked him to call his manager and she was able to tell me where I supposed to pickup. After driving to another location another 30 minutes away I completes my reservation. Now the amount I've been charged is not anywhere near what was reflected.on my reservation.

JORGE R.Mobile checkin did not work correctly. Had full signal bars yet for some reason, both during pickup and drop off the website went to grey page when I went to the next step. Was able to start the process of drop off again, but during the initial pickup, it went to a grey page right after I took a picture of the odometer. When I reloaded the dashboard it said vehicle already dispatched. So there was no way to prove gas and odometer or buy insurance. I see the plus side of mobile check in for off hours, but next time I will just use counter service for business hours usage of uhaul equipment to avoid these issues of a buggy system.
Tyler W.I was not contacted like I should have been the day before pickup. Had I been, the issues with the account probably would have been resolved. Instead, I had to resolve them outside in the cold weather. We'd paid to reserve moving blankets and an appliance dolly. They were not in the truck. So not only did I not have the equipment I needed, but I was charged and have had to spend time having those charges removed.

Barbara T.My original rental was from a location 10 mile away from this one. So ended up paying more due to mileage just to get and drop of rental. Only one person working and not very motivated or in a hurry for anything. Truck had a hole or something in cabin floor or under dashboard and could hear engine noise very load and could smell fumes. Had to have window rolled down due to exhaust smell.
KELLY N.Rented a 26 ft truck with 174,000 plus miles on it. The truck had a terrible exhaust leak on it which was apparent after getting down the road in it and caused headache even with the window down. The brakes were poor as well. I was charged the insurance coverage of $14 after denying the coverage. This was not one of my better experiences with Uhaual.

I had to find another truck in another locations. This is pitiful - won't go to U-Haul for my next move, next year. There was no gas in the truck when we picked it up - sitting on E.
