Not a great location. Office on second floor and lot across busy 9th Ave. Lock and leave system has crappy locks that are tough to set on back door. I extended my reservation and was charged a second day for the blankets and dolly, that makes zero sense. I will be renting from Blackfoot Uhaul going forward.

When I booked the truck I booked it at a different location that was closer to our home. As soon as I booked it I received a call from Uhaul telling me that the truck would be available at a different location further away and much less convenient. This caused extra mileage, fuel use etc. all the extra mileage is at my expense even though I booked at a closer location. I disagree with the cost of the extra mileage.

It was difficult to find the office, az it was not on the same lot but across the street and on the second floor of a building. The van was clean inside but quite dirty outside. There was no place to park my car on-site, had to drive or pay for parking on the street. Luckily had a friend along.

Terrible location, the address takes you to a parking lot and the online return process on the website tells you to put it in a drop off box. There is no drop off box and the office is down the street with no signs at all

I spent over an hour and 15 minutes sitting in the lot trying to sign out my reserved truck on my phone. The reservation in my account wouldn't allow me to check it out, and i had to wait through three different phone transfers to find a uhaul employee that could fix the glitch in my account. The lot where I was is not in the safest part of town, and by the time I gained access it was dark, making it hard to take the needed pictures, and to feel safe waiting. The truck worked fine when I was able to access it, but it was pretty grimy inside the cab and the outside of the truck. I'm hesitant to use uhaul in the near future, as the prolonged wait made me late for my move in, as well as uncomfortable.

Worst possible experience of my life!!! I would never come back!! The locks were awefully hard to get off I had to wait over an hour on the call to get literally no where I had to get someone to come help me to get it unlocked that was moving with me!! And then to put it back I couldn't lock the damn thing well either!!!!! And there was over an hour wait time again on the phone!! Overall a very poor poor poor system you have here!!! This had given me more hassle then what the damn thing was worth!! I should be being paid for all my PAIN and SUFFERING that I went though today!!!

Service was great and I got help carrying all my equipment and packing materials to my car and truck. However, the truck was very dirty and the windshield wipers were basically metal on glass. I took pictures in case you need them.

The over all excpereince was great the staff and manager went the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied and that i got prompt service .The uhaul needed wind shield washer fluid and i had to put air in the front right tire as soon as i picked it up but other than that the experience was fantastic thank you so much.

Most UHaul trucks appear to be rolling death traps and the equipment supplied here is no different. That should not be construed as a negative reflection on this location however, as they just rent whatever crap you give them.

Be open from 8 am to 5 pm and have a drop box. The mobile / online pick up system ate 2.25 hours of our morning and 45 min at drop off. Not efficient. Everyone was pleasant enough in customer service, but no one could offer us any compensation for troubles caused by their agents. You get what you pay for.

Clean the vehicle. I couldn't even see out the windows it was so dirty. Clearer instructions on the location of the lockbox. The address is 9 avenue but the lockbox is on 9th street. Better address descriptors are needed. The vehicles were parked behind an animal clinic. There was no U-Haul signage. Thank goodness for your customer service. Latoya in North Carolina was very helpful as I still outside the cold for 45 minutes.

The online pickup does not work. A staff member went above and beyond for us, spotting us struggling in the parking lot and helping us with the process even though the location was supposed to be closed. Amazing service. According to a journeyman automotive technician with 20+ years of service the unit we rented was running rough and needs new spark plugs.

Checking in to get the vehicle was not easy. The amount we had to pay changed 3 times and he couldn't explain why. Because we had already spent almost half an hour I just gave the credit number and left, but I would not go back there even though the location was the closest for me.

The website is very poorly designed for mobile experiences. For self pick up the experience would have been significantly better had you sent an email explaining everything you needed to do and how to login on your phone to get the lock pad code.

When a customer orders a dolly and moving blankets, they should be in the truck when picking it up. I was charged for required moving blankets and dolly but they were not in the truck when picking it up!

I rented a van, drove 16 miles, overly topped up the gas and was charged $14 additional for gas. It was -26c and your representative clearly was more interested in getting inside rather than correctly marking the correct fuel level on the document. There was absolutely zero communication with me other than lock up the vehicle, put the key in the back and attach the dead bolt. I have used U-Haul many times but will in the future use other companies. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The vehicle multiple lights in including engine light !! Passenger seat belt and low oil.level !! I have pictures to prove them !! Along wit that my.initial quote was 40cad but ended paying 98cad which makes no sense ! The fuel charges are insane and for a average person like me shifting or using uhual services is not affordable which 100cad is lot money for me to spend on services which is not maintained and mobile experience makes it's even more difficult ! On the day of my pickup or at the time of my pick up which was a scheduled for 530 MST did not happen since the web version and mobile app version of uhual was not letting me upload pictures or process my check in !! To whcih I had to contact support and initially I was asked to re book for later date and the second time I contacted the support via chat - the lady helped me after I pleased her !! Either ways the experience is horrible and on top of that the money I am charged is insanely high for a non maintained vehicle !! And I was not even contacted about my initial request I made about my charges at the time of check out via mobile !!

This 9th Ave. U-Haul location is the very best. The manager is a pleasure to deal with, has a wonderful sense of humor, and obviously enjoys working with the public ON THE OTHER HAND, the Innisfail location was the exact opposite and it's manager gives U-Haul a bad name.

I had to call in order to receive my truck number when I did the online check in. It would be great for the truck number to appear as before the lock code. Besides that customer service was great. I accidently entered that I used too much gas and a customer represented called me the next day to rectify the payment. ¡Gracias!

They did not have the van I wanted, even though I booked in advance. Even though it was upgraded to a 10-ft truck at no additional cost, I did not want a 10 ft truck. I had no choice though; my moving team was waiting, and I had booked a move in time. I would've liked to have been told right away if they couldn't accommodate my van request and I would've gone to get a van from a different location. Driving a 10 ft truck downtown Calgary with 0 experience was highly stressful. And I did not need that much space to move my stuff. The staff were efficient and polite, so that was nice.

It took over 15 mins for me to find the location. Zero visible signage indicating where it was. Large parking lot is the address. First phone number listed I was on hold for over 5 mins. Hung up and found another number. Girl indicated place was across street upstairs in building on second floor. How would someone know that? Was not impressed with lack of equipment as well. Could not get a furniture dolly that I requested.
