They made me wait til she got off the phone from a personal call, then they said they couldn't hook it up cause they were not licensed. Never heard such crap. Finally did help with it.

Erika was fantastic at accommodating my needs. I made this reservation online nearly three weeks prior for pickup in Owensboro, my home location, where there are numerous pickup locations. I received a call from Erika the day prior (7/31) to pickup directing me to do so in Beaver Dam, which is 35 minutes away. I told Erika this was not acceptable. She did everything she could to secure pickup in Owensboro, and I even called 1-800-GO-U-HAUL to change pickup location - the lady I spoke to at the call center was rude with no interest in helping me find a solution. I called Erika back and she continued to follow-up with U-Haul to find other accommodations. She was unable to do so, so I picked up in Beaver Dam because that was my only option. Despite this inconvenience, Erika was able to offer me a larger truck and tacked on additional miles for my having to go out of my way to pick up the truck. Erika's customer service skills alone made this a five-star experience, in spite of the U-Haul call center's ineptness. .

I feel so fortunate to have done business with Lametta at the Easy Es Pawn Shop in Beaver Dam, KY. Lametta went WAY above and beyond to remedy an issue I had with my truck in order to haul a trailer back to Illinois. I can't ever remember having customer service so good! She restored my faith in humanity and deserves a lot of praise for her hard work and caring attitude. I HIGHLY recommend using this location. Super people!!

Get someone with a better attitude to manage your U-Haul’s these people are disrespectful and snobby as heck. Told them I couldn’t get off on time to get there and she just was like I was going out of my way to ask her to stay 30 minutes over her closing time. Left work early to get there when I got there she handed me the keys and didn’t walk me to my U-haul and left I had no Ideal what u-haul was mine or how to identify it. The U-haul itself wasn’t bad but my face to face experience was terrible.

I could not have asked for better service, ease of transaction, or clean equipment. I was extremely pleased with the manner in which I was treated. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Every question I asked was as if it was of extreme importance. I am very appreciative of how my transaction was handled.

This was a terrible experience. I had came to the store a week prior to inquire about renting a 20 Ft truck. I was told they didn’t currently have any and to call back on Wednesday, two days before I needed the truck. They told me they would have one for me and was told a note was made of this. I called back Wednesday and was told, yes they would be getting a 20ft truck and would be availabile on Friday. I was told to call back Friday morning at 9 to reserve since they couldn’t reserve the truck at that time. I called back Friday morning at 9 just as I was asked. I was told that they had a 20ft truck but it was rented to someone else. They had (2) 26 ft trucks and would rent me one since they didn’t have the 20ft. I agreed to this and was told it would be ready at Noon. I showed up shortly after noon. The lady that had helped me greeted me and told me that she had cleaned the truck real good for me and pulled it around for me. The owner, who was dealing with another customer, and sitting there cursing with the iPad. The lady helping me was trying to process the truck she had ready for me but the computer was having some difficulty. The owner came over at this time and asked how far I was going. I told her, which was about a 3 hour trip. She then said...”let’s give him the other truck since the guy coming in later is traveling further than he is”. Meaning...the truck the lady had prepared for me, which come to find out was a newer model, nicer, and got better gas mileage, was not going to be for me....because I’m only “going a few hours” away. I asked the owner why can’t I take the truck she had ready for me and is ready now. She rudely replied and proceeded to argue with me, cursing, and telling me that I didn’t have to rent there and can go to Rochester. I told her I was trying to do them a favor and keep my business local. The owner looked at the screen and said “ you’re only spending $300 dollars, it’s not like it’s so much money. I don’t make hardly anything on you.” I asked the owner then why do you even offer Uhaul rentals? Her reply then was “well I make 20% off them”. I just stopped saying anything at this point because she obviously couldn’t see the contradiction in this and I was going to continue being treated this way. Even with me remaining silent, she continued arguing. Saying she’s getting pissed off now. I told her that I wasn’t saying anything anymore and that she’s the one that just keeps talking. She proceeds to pull the dirty truck around that wasn’t prepared and made me wait while she cleaned it. And talked to other customers coming in during that process. I spent over an hour from start to finish in the shop trying to rent this. I had done everything that was asked of me to ensure I would have a rental when I needed it. The worker there was very kind and helpful. The owner made this experience very unpleasant, to put it kindly.
