I can't begin to say how upset I was with this company! We get there and the lady just sent us away to put the hitch together by ourselves. Then stopped us to take a picture of it, but didnt actually check it to make sure it was done right, which is wasn't. Our lights didn't work and we didnt find this out until it was dark. At this point we were far away from a Uhaul place and had issues finding somehere to get the lights fixed. When we returned the trailer, we told them the issues we had and the guy acted as if he didn't care. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I would pray that they don't get any more business from anyone because it's horrible!!!

Fence with drop box was knocked over, so it was not clear where to return the key since the office was closed until consulting a shuttle driver.

Customer Service Rep....did leave his chair to help me check out the Rental, not did he make sure it was hooked up ...and when i dropped it off 2hrs later...still didnt come out...so i called him to tell him i dropped it off....he said okay...then i got an email telling me my rental is about to be late and i would be charged.....if it was self serve.....great ..otherwise....dude never left his chair in the office.....friendly....but nothing outside of office chair

You should be aware that our trailer was leaking and yes it hit wet inside. Thank goodness we wrapped things in plastic. Nothing really damaged. But you will want to fix the leak before renting it again

I thought it was very odd that he did not look over the vehicle with me there and did not verify gas. Did not get up when I arrived and just pointed to where the truck needed to be parked. There was not one spec of damage and I took pictures of all sides.

First, we were told to use the app to register & check in so we didn’t have to wait at the checkout desk. We spent about 30 minutes doing that. Once completed the screen said to go inside, show the screen to agent (even if they were with someone else) & they would just give us the truck key. Nope, he said we had to wait...20 minutes later he informed us it was also an airport shuttle service & that took precedent over U-Haul. He made us wait until he took a group to the airport. Another 20 minute wait. What was the benefit of using the U-Haul app to register & check in then? We had to go through all the same steps inside & wait 40 minutes to boot. The U-Haul truck was missing its gas cap, had dents & scratches everywhere. Spent another 20 minutes taking & uploading photos to make sure we weren’t held liable for all the damage when we returned it.

The tires on the trailer were all extremely worn out. To the point they are illegal and dangerous. While returning the rental. No one qas at the office , I wanted to inform them about the tire issue. When someine did show up he just said drop it in the back and your good to go. Didnt even get a chance to speak with the pffice person as he just drove off in an airport shuttle.

It was a little frustrating that personnel is constantly running in and out to the airport so I had to wait 10-20 minutes for someone to show up both times I dropped equipment off.

Your dispatch is shit! My overall experience was more than disappointing. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone I know unless I don’t like them. Your dispatch sent me on a wild goose chase all over Bellingham with promises of a 10’ truck and I had to settle for a 24’ truck and it cost me not only more than a 10’ truck but it cost me time and the fuel I had to put in it that I wouldn’t have had to put in a smaller truck. The lady I spoke to from dispatch was rude and if I preformed like she did at work I would be unemployed. As a matter of fact every single person that I spoke to over the phone or in person didn’t seem to have their shit together, except the people at easy airport parking. This was the single worst moving experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve moved a lot in the past 10 years. Totally not recommend this location. Person who work there didn't know how to rent a truck. I have to make reservation front of him inside there office. Truck was very bad smell. Also when I returning truck there was different guy working. Can't get a recipe. Even he told me they are not u haul.

No safe place to leave a vehicle. No employees on site. No way to log the rollup door to make sure the dolly was safe. App wanted to charge me $60 when dropping truck off. Didn't say why it wanted to charge me.

Train your employees on your "new system" , and have a paper backup process. NO Check out because from comp glitch wastes 2 + hour of customers time. MY experience, 1st I checked with the Kenmore location and they made the reservation. 2nd the day before the reservation was confirmed by a separate team. on the day of the pick up at the Bellingham airport location they had the reservation and could not navigate the data entry process , error was "vehicle not recommended" this process was tried several times from 9:45am -11:30am , yes almost two hours. I had to leave at one point to meet the seller of the car that I was buying and came back to see if they fixed the problem. during our drive back your corporate called us and asked why we had "canceled our reservation " and wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule. my wife informed the corporate rep that we did not want to reschedule and that we were trying to get the trailer we had a reservation for from the location at Bellingham. after our trip back and a call to the help line magically the paper finally printed out and they could release the reserved car trailer to me. We drove up from Seattle to Bellingham that morning, leaving at 7:30 am from Seattle to get up to back down to Kenmore before the snow forecasted started. The delay of the two hours for a 10 minute task put us leaving Bellingham just as the snow hit Bellingham and drove all the way in the Snow and afternoon traffic. I was very frustrated as to the wasted time spent picking up the car transporter. I had originally asked if there was a discount for my AAA, but I was just amazed and thankful that the magical print out was allowing me to get the car transporter attached to my full size escalade that had towed trailers from your company before. You not only wasted my time as a customer , it was a total waste of my time to pre register, confirm the reservation. Plus at one point I was told it was because the reservation was in my wife's name and they needed her drivers license. good thing she came with me and gave them her license and it still didnot fix the problem with you NEW computer system. You need a back up process so if the computer has another "glitch" or the power goes out ,or the system crashes. you can still service customers who want to use your product. customer service is what keeps you in business Test your new computer system, train all of your employees on the system and get feedback of possible problems and issues. don't just roll out a new system and expect it to work flawlessly because the IT say it will. People are your company, not the computer system that gives you metrics to make poor decision with. Is your company goal to be complex poorly implemented computer systems , or the world class rental service meeting all of your rental needs with People that are the reason they prefer to rent from U-Haul . U-Haul moved my reservation 7 miles from the original pick-up (1806 Cornwall Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225 to the Easy Airport Parking location (3909 Bennett Dr, Bellingham, WA 98226) the day before without sufficient notice (after close of business hours and by email, no phone call). Other locations in town would have been available to me from my current address of 505 N Garden St, Bellingham, WA 98225. Because of that, 13.2 additional miles @ .99/mile were charged to me (a total of $13.07). U-Haul also moved my pick-up reservation from 830a to 9a--a delay of 1/2 hours, costing me an additional hourly charges (3 movers @ 18 hr or $27 total) for scheduled movers. I will be filing a better business bureau complaint. If you prefer to reach me to reimburse me for those additional fees, amounting to: $40.08 I can be reached at 720.250.6691

The handle on the trailer tongue was broken off. I didn’t notice until later and it caused issues later. Every human and website I interacted with was amazing and efficient.

The cargo trailer I rented did not have a working right blinker or tail light. When I checked out the trailer I had the worker check my lights including my blinker. I was told they were working and yes the lights were on. But, I was being followed by my daughter and she told me the right brake light and blinker did not work. I then checked them myself and she was right, they were not working. This is a dangerous situation when traveling down the freeway for 200 miles. I noticed that the light in question was different than the one on the left. It seems to me the wrong light was installed. Please fix this cargo trailer I'm disappointed because I have had nothing but positive dealings with U-Haul and I hope this continues but I constantly worried on this trip.

The trailer was new and very good. The truck was a disaster. After I picked up my first truck at a different location the shocks were bad and the alignment. At first I was told once loaded the truck would run better. After multiple phone calls uhaul eventually set up a different truck. This next truck started out ok until in the middle of Montana the transmission blew and the mechanic was pretty sure there was no fluid in it. This was after uhaul told us they thoroughly go through each vehicle before rented out. This definitly did not happen twice. The third truck worked out fine and the roadside customer service was excellent! I would rate my uhaul roadside assistance 5 stars and overall uhaul renting at 2 stars.

Easy Airport Parking called me the day before my rental was due - which was vey helpful since there was a mixup on the reschedule! This allowed me to correct the error (reschedule the return correctly) and avoid any late charges. Thank you!
