John RI can't think of anything to improve the experience for the next customer. On the comment side, a few months ago I rented a panel van from a competitor. The vehicle was not in good condition, was not clean, and the pickup and drop off experience was horrible. The experience (specific to this location) was fantastic. Not only the condition of the truck (which was excellent) but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bruce FService was and is always slow. Phone line to U-haul desk connection is too slow Equipment not clean and not well maintained. They are building up rental truck and trailer stock - this is hood. I might suggest this location to a friend if rental service time improves.

Denise HPicking up was a nightmare. Not all of it was on the uhaul place, however, the 2 gentlemen that helped us originally did not grab all of the info needed from me up front and made the whole situation even more frustrating. When the woman jumped in, she over complicated it by talking down to me. Nobody explained the situation well and it was frustrating. On top of the lug nuts in the trailer were loose and the right light (brakes and blinker) didn’t work. Thankfully my dad caught the lugs nuts and tightened them.

I told her i thought it would have been more unsafe trying to move everything from one truck to another on the side of the road. Her response was that I would have no stuff to move if the truck had burst into flames. At least i told her the light came on…

Michael BNo signage to direct you where your going, ice build up and unsafe, poor customer service, idiotic policy to have to wash a car dolly before I return it, how do I wash a trailer then pull it down a slushy Montana road to return it and have it show up clean? Pick it up and put it in the bed of my truck.
