Pick up facility was dirty, filthy and nasty. Truck stunk of cigarettes and marijuana. There was some sort of gooey sticky substance all around where the parking break was. Truck had multiple dents all around and the facility did not give me the option to do a walk around check list. Even though I did a pre-check-in I still was forced to wait almost an hour to get the truck. Facility had no Furniture Blankets so I was forced to get them from another facility. This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-HaulRussell T.
I was triple charged 300 dollars for 1 Day amd I put more gas in it then what was gave to me this is ridiculousnichole N.

I ended up having to pay my movers for time spent waiting on me to meet them and then I missed around and put way too much gas into truck when returning cause I was told over 3 times before I left rental location to bring back with gas. I was worried I would put wrong amount of gas into truck and just about filled it up and that was way too much needed. I spent over $100 extra than needed this rental with time wasted checking in to receive uhaul. Cause of this long processing time to check in I had to still pay my movers for time didn't use cause of the long process to check in uhaul and walk through and them to clean before me using. I checked in online and location process different from what other location I normally use but I needed the biggest truck uhaul has and I had to settle for the location I normally don't use and wouldn't have used. Not easy to move in and out of location either. I will say once I dis return retail early and sprayed it with Lysol and cleaned it out. The return process the guy apologized for that morning and I told him I appreciate it and at the end of the day I am happy this move is now done, but a lot of money spent and wasted but thanks again. So I appreciate him apologizing to me and ending on a good note. This location still a bad spot to have to pick up a rental cause busy road and only one way in and out and too much traffic comes into that location, so a 26â€ truck too big for them to have at the location and if they going to rent in the future they need to get updated on how customers can check in and they don't need to rent out trucks bigger than 15â€ or they need to make sure they able to have trucks ready & turned around so customers can go straight out and not have to worry about back up. The owner of location did watch me back it out & offered to help back it out but I was upset and said I was good, but he still help me back it out, by stating behind truck to assist me in getting our driveway. So if had a better location and money didn't get wasted he could have gotten a 5 Stars Could have a 4 stars if money was not wasted If rent here get there 30-45min early to check out a rental so book your rental 9am if need it for 10am and get there early in case he in the back Sleep or working on something else.Alana Monique L.

Although, I didn't get the U-haul i reserved at my scheduled time, the gentlemen who worked there made me feel comfortable and compensated me for the time I had to make up due to the late drop off from the prior user.Javan G.
I felt unsafe for the whole rental . The brakes were bad , like really bad that when pushing the brake , smoke would come from tires. Turning the steering wheel was also a nightmare, I felt like something was going to fall apart because everytime it had a very loud squealing noise. Windshield wipers did not work good , only smeared and made worse . Had to say a prayer that it didn't rain for long.Edwin H.

Roger the owner was very helpfull. He walked the entire truck and made sure i understood how to use it. He made me feel comfortable driving such a big truck. He went above and beyond and i appreciated it.GREGORY H.
The lady was nice but she was 15 minutes late getting there because she had to cover for the person who was originally supposed to work. It was one hurdle after another as the woman wasn't completely comfortable with the system. She was very nice but it was an annoying and frustrating situation to start off moving day.Briana W.

The agent at this location was very unprofessional. The store was not open on time and he was very unfriendly. The registration took a long time; almost 30 minutes. He also argued that I had not returned the truck with enough fuel even after I went and put more in after returning the truck. I put in 4 gallons after traveling less than 30 miles. At least the truck was clean.Sean A.

Provider needs to make all connections, like auto carrier to hitch, without the customer having to ask. Customers often haven't done that before. In short, we need good SERVICE!BARI J.
The place where we rented our trailer from was the worst. Very incompetent and tried to charge me for something I didn't want. Took me telling him to cancel my rental three times for him to get it right. The only reason we rented from this location is because no one else had a trailer in a reasonable distance to me. Needless to say it took an hour and a half for something that normally takes around 20 mins.Alexis C.

It took one hour to get the truck after we got there the clerk didn't know how to work the computer then when i left and stopped at the first stop sign cans rolled out from under the driver seat under my feet and it was beer cans natural light to be exact. It was a horrible location to pick up equipment. The facility was nasty. There junk cars everywhere. It was not clean at all. Location was less tha desirable. Customer service was horrible. When I called to confirm reservation the person who I spoke with was talking to several people while I was talking to him. When I arrived to pick up truck it appeared the owner was in back taking a nap. He did not come out of his back office to process my paper work until I had to sign. I had to say my personal info aloud. Which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. To be honest my over all experience with you haul was poor. My pick up location was changed the day before, drop of location was changed twice with little notice. I was informed of the second drop location change because I called to express my concern about the first change and to have additional miles. I have serious reservations about continuing to rent equipment from uhaul.STEPHEN B.
