Lots of confusion using the new app for check-in. Not sure if the issues were with the app or whether the attendant needs more training with it.

The worker told me that the truck would guzzle the gas and that I should fill it up I told him I was only going 40 miles he said you better fill it up it’ll use it. I paid $100 for gas and it only used less than a quarter tank. I don’t have $100 to waste like that. I am very upset. He also couldn’t take the furniture dolly off the $10 when I got there I told him I did not need it. Also it was supposed to be a regular dolly not a furniture dolly.

Safemove coverage was $14 but charged $28. There was an additional $35 rental charge is taken which was not there in the initial plan. Can you kindly correct this ?

The people at the location were great, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. The online and mobile interactions with UHaul, however, were so disappointing I am not sure I’d recommend UHaul as a company. I made the reservation online successfully. But the pick up and drop off experiences “via mobile” were BAD, resulting in me being double charged and having to go through a multi day refund process. The interfaces online were not intuitive. I sent a text or in app message and it seems it wasn’t received. I was instructed to use buttons that weren’t there. Then I was double charged. Feels hostile to your customer. I’m angry and not sure I’ll come back - maybe only in desperation after trying others. Which is too bad because the local guys are good.

Moving is a taxing ordeal, renting a truck and moving equipment from this location made my move really smooth and easy. Location owner is a true professional that values your time and business. Highly recommend this location.

improve your app. I had reserved the vehicle for a 5pm pickup, but ended up not being able to get there until 10pm that night. It then took about 25 minutes on the phone and a re-submittal of information online again to reserve the truck. The only positive is that your attendants on the phone were the most knowledgeable i have witnessed.

Called and got a quote I agreed to, when I turned in the truck my bill was more than double! The guy said he would do better next time on pricing. My friends and all I know will never give you another chance to do this.

It appears I have been billed way more than I contracted for. I will be following up tomorrow to see what happened. I have used uhaul a lot and this has never happened before.

I called to reserve a truck for about 3 hours and 25 miles of travel and was quoted $19.95 plus $1 enviro and 99 cents per mile and I agreed. My bill for a small box truck for 2 1/2 hours and 24 miles was $126. I will never recommend U-Haul or this location to anyone ever as it stand right now. My $55 rental was $126! The excuse for the double in cost was I had a "one-way" fee when I returned it where I dropped it off. Pay attention to the small print on the paperwork. And do not believe what a U-Haul person tells you on the phone!

We were over charged by over $20 due to the uhaul rep misunderstanding which of the gauges was the battery level and which was the fuel gauge after we put more gas in the vehicle then needed. We then had to spend the time and gas to go back to the location to be refunded. This was extremely frustrating. After returning and arguing with the rep, he made a phone call and had it corrected but it was more hassle than anything.

The reservation has been the worst part of this experience and the run around, being called back and having our reservations changed multiple times after specifically telling the dispatch what we wanted, trucks breaking and being notified an hour before our pickup appointment. Our pickup spot was awesome and the customer service of the location was awesome but other than that it’s been a horrible experience.
