the inside and windshield of this vehicle was so dirty! Water bottles, water shoes, and a used face mask?! Especially during this Covid time this should NOT be the case!!!! The gentleman was nice. The cost was average but the cleanliness really needs attention!!!

Had a phone app pick-up appointment for 7am on Sunday, since the sight advertised 24/7 business hours and access via phone. When I arrive, my phone app access tells me I can't do it online and that I need to get “hand delivery” (wish I knew this location was hand delivery only prior to picking the phone version option).the gentleman at the location tells me that I need to wait until 10am for the arrival of the person with the “computer access to my reservation”. I was unable to get any contact information from the gentleman or next step ideas. So we decided to leave and car move what we could since our move out time slot was tight. While leaving, I called the uhaul company and was given 10/10 amazing help in trying to find a new reservation at a different location, but like this location, access to keys was limited to a person being at the pick-up sight (Mixmatch between operation hours on sundays and business hours for key hand off). Ultimately the person at uhaul had to tell the person at BP to come in early so we could get the key. Extremely stressful morning, 2 hours behind schedule but was able to move everything. The truck was perfect, phone customer service was perfect, just bad experience with location and finding alternatives.

Terrible location, charged me for coverage I didn't want, didn't have the equipment I reserved, did not get a printed contract or receipt, unhelpful clerk, unhelpful customer service, and the truck reeked of cigarette smoke. Overall an awful experience.

I picked up the truck and used it about 18 miles (9 each way) and the owner tried to charge me $226 dollars!!!! Now at 19.95 for the truck and .89 cents an hour, maximum with tax total and tags should've been under 50 bucks! Apparently he likes to rip off people and think they are stupid enough to pay. He went back out and re-read the mileage and came up with another cost. Still kind of high for the two hours we used it and short distance but I will never deal with that location again!!!

First they sent us to the wrong location. They told me I would get a key code. Not true. Tried to send me to a THIRD LOCATION. Then charged me $110 for 52 miles when I only drove it about 16 miles. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE U-HAUL!

There were major issues to process my confirmation. It was canceled once and reinitiated and that proved to be of no help. Overall I was at that location two hours before able to hook up the trailer I needed. It should have taken no more than 10 minutes.

I stated i didnt want the protection plan it was almost $30. I was charged for it any way. Uhaul also placed a debit hold for $108 on my account which over draft me. And charged my card $84.00 for the use. I'm confused
