The site is a bit confusing, the equipment is behind an office building that the Uhaul location shares with others. The signage is not entirely clear as to where one is to go to turn in the trailer. I have used the site before to drop off a trailer, so, I knew where it was. The first time I used it, I was very unsure as to whether it was actually a Uhaul location.

The only thing I would recommend improving. I received a text message at 1025pm the night I rented the car dolly. I returned the dolly at 7pm that night, several hours ahead of schedule. I understand the location was closed already. The Uhaul representative needs to inform the customer that it's necessary to take pictures with a time stamp when returning the equipment. Thank you

The workers here were nice and available. They said they cannot do anything about discount on the other end and told me to contact the uhaul 1800 number.

This location is a very small U Haul operation and had only one employee and very little choice in U haul rentals..I was there much longer than I anticipated for a pick up. Thankfully they had the trailer I needed although I had to drive across Virginia Beach to get it from the U haul location closest to my home. I had to get it a day early as this location is not open on Sunday so I had to rent the trailer for a day longer than planned. Keep more inventory for weekends if possible.

We were switched to a new location and pick-up time with about a14 hr notice. The new time was an hour later and would add time to our travels. When we arrived at our designated time, another renter jumped in front of us (even though we had a time) and with no reservation proceeded to try to rent w/ the lowest price possible. The attendant and the renter spent over 90 minutes haggling over drop off locations trying to get the lowest price possible. All while we were forced to wait with our 15 month old daughter getting cranky and in need of a diaper change. We were not even acknowledged by the attendant as if we did not exist. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

While the facility was OK, its location was a bit confusing since it was in an office building, while the lot where the equipment was stored was in the back and not entirely apparent from the main road. The personnel were absolutely great!

When the car trailer is at a different location and the customer has to travel 12 miles each way to pick it up and return, the extra miles should be added to the permitted total miles.

I am, overall, very pleased with U-Haul. At the Putnam Drive location thanks to Willow, Dominique, Tyvus, and Justin. In particular, Willow was who I worked with the most. She is very professional, knowledgeable and hard-charging. Justin was very helpful with a billing issue I had. They all represented the U-Haul brand well. At the Governors Drive location, thanks to Demetrius. He was extremely helpful and took time to instruct and assist me well. At the drop-off location, on Magic Hollow Blvd. in Virginia Beach, Urban (sp?) assisted me well too. Please make sure these U-Haul team-members know. I appreciate everyone's support. Take care! This was the best U Haul I ever dealt with. The van was immaculate. Pam was very friendly. She provided great customer service! I will always use this location from now on for local needs

I really appreciated that this location had 24/7 drop off. That was very convenient. The building itself is not in good shape (exterior at least). It would be helpful to have signs up as to where to park your truck when you use the 24/7 drop off option. We just kind of guessed and hoped it wasn’t inconvenient.

Scheduled for a Furniture dolly. Didn't receive one, and by the time it was caught the place closed. Wasn't charged for it though.

Was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 9 am. The office personnel didn't show up till 905, and did not leave with the trailer till almost 920. The only thing that they did was help my line up my vehicle to tow to trailer. I had to attach my own trailer, lock the trailer to the trailer hitch, plug in the wiring harness and safety chains. The chains were slightly rusted indicating that no one had checked them in a while. Also the gentleman that was out there with me even committed that the chains were rusted, but never offered to see if there was a trailer that didn't have rusted chains. The lock for the hitch didn't stay locked the whole time and didn't find that out till I went to return the equipment and went to disconnect the trailer. I have rented trailer from uhaul sense I was 18 and owned my own business all the way through military movies and now. That was the worst experience I've had and hope that the next one goes better.

Truck is in good condition and I have move completely smoothly. However, MI rate seems little high. May be it would be nice if you can lower MI rate to some extent. Over all, my experience with uhaul is very good. Thank you.

The representatives were kind, courteous, and helpful. There was an issue with Uhaul's intranet that delayed processing the rental, but they were able to work through it and get me on the road.

Reserved vehicle 2 weeks in advance, was not washed or filled with gas it was on 1/16 when I got the key. My other equipment was on a different location all together which used my miles up to go collect it.

On the drop off end, I was redirected again...from a mom&pop locksmith shop to a larger depot. Just tell me up front to go to the depot and I'll do that, instead of getting my hopes up for a quick trip.Your business model needs a tweak.

I had to pass several uhaul stores to get to this location & when I arrived, it was closed @ 3pm on a Saturday. I had to use the return app (which took several attempts to get working)& had to drop off in a poorly lit industrial park. I understand that uhaul has to spread their resources but the drop off location should be staffed until a reasonable hour.

Location and representative were great, condition of outside of truck was mediocre. The smartphone check in and check out process was a bigger pain than its worth. Humans need still make themselves useful. Also, a one day, 7 hour, 32 mile round trip (with a furniture dolly) rental for $90....plus $25 for fuel is a total joke. I moved 3,000 miles with Penske and only spent $1,500 and that included a 4 wheel tow dolly. Definitely will never use Uhaul again based on price and the ridiculous check in and check out system that is supposed to make things easier

Truck was not swept out but that was a minor issue. Personnel at the location were courteous and efficient, in and out in fifteen minutes

First, the truck reeked of smoke - gave me a big headache in the short time I had possession. Second, I was charged for three gallons of gas, supposedly I took the fuel reading from 7/8 tank to 3/4. I drove a total of 13 miles. How is it possible that I used three gallons of gas??? Total rip off, dishonest people.

I traveled 3.6 miles. I put $2 in tank on returning. But he charged me for gas. When i checked out the veh he was well aware the place of the gas. I didn't fuse about it. I mentioned it to him but it went on dead ears. He also provided me with a truck that he was aware was not ready for the road. The veh pulled heavy to one side that if i wasn't an experienced CDL driver i wouldn't been able to control. He was extremely nice and professional with his tone but not honesty.
