The u haul dealer, name Losha, at the East Wenatchee WA office was exceptional. Of all, and I mean several people I dealt with, he was the ONLY person that answered the phone and new what he was doing. This young man should be running the whole u haul company ðŸ˜ðŸ'IF I ever use u haul again it'll be thru himðŸ˜€DARVIN G.
The place was closed and it was difficult to check the uhaul out because my cell phone carrier tmobile does not provide service to this area. I had to drive around till I got service in order to get keys for the vehicle.kayla O.

The auto hauling trailer has no floor, and my tractor was too narrow to fit. The website does not indicate that the trailer has no floor. No refund, no nothing. The location I picked up at didn't offer me any help in resolving the issue, so I will use another company next time.matthew B.
Did not have refrigerator dolly in truck and they were not there to get me one. I had to call around town to find one and run and get it when I was short on time. Wipers on the truck are terrible and it was rainy.Tom S.

I'm not sure what's going on with this drop off location. First off, it's not at all clear where to pull in and drop off a vehicle so I would not call this a drop off location. Secondly, the employee seemed to be having issues with customers. He snapped at me because I didn't know I was supposed to fold up the blankets (he said it was clearly spelled out on the contract that I had not been given at pickup), and apparently he snapped at the previous customer because the customer came out of the office and told me that he'd asked if his rental would be ready by a certain pick up date and the employee told the customer he couldn't "shit a vehicle on demand." Is that how UHaul employees act these days?David L.

The rental equipment was not in the truck and it took over an hour to get the "kinks" or technical issues handled per the 24/7website. Had 2 people hang up in me after being put on hold twice.Jessica P.

App doesn't confirm that all products were received (they were out of furniture pads but I was still charged for it). App doesn't tell you that you'll need additional items to confirm your identity for mobile pickup. Customer service said the estimated charge was just an estimate but no it'll charge you for everything with no way to remove it so something the customer should be aware of. Don't add additional items until you arrive is my recommendation so you're not charged for something they don't have.Alejandro A.

Reserved a 26' online but was given a 20'. I called location the day before to ask why/change (when I saw the 20' was in my confirmation) and was quickly told the 20' was the largest they had but when I picked up before hours I saw 3 of the larger trucks parked. When I returned that evening none of the 3 had been moved. The man on the phone was so quick to negate my wish for the larger that I doubt he even checked on my request specifics. He told me "take what you were given". The smaller truck made moving my 5bdrm house (incl. 2 car garage and 2 car shop) a longer, more expensive (movers time and gas) day than it should have been! I do not recommend online reservation with this location.Amanda V.

Employee wasn't familiar with car dolly, and gave me wrong information on how to use it. I rented the truck and dolly on Friday, loaded the truck and attempted to put the car on the dolly, but the front end of car was too low to seat on the dolly. The East Wenatchee Mini Storage was closed. The call center and the voicemail recording from the store said they were open on Saturday, but when I called, they were closed. I called the emergency number on the voicemail several times with no response. I called the call center to explain my problem, and they agreed to call the manager of the store. I called the emergency number again and finally got the manager. I explained my problem - what do I do with the car dolly that doesn't fit my car, and how am I going to tow it now? The manager did not like being disturbed on his day off, and was very rude, saying he was closed and it wasn't his problem. He agreed I could just leave the car dolly at his lot. When I asked what to do about towing the car now, he hung up on me. This is not a manager UHaul needs to represent them. I ended up having my wife drive the car all the way to Phoenix instead, which was a huge inconvenience for us. UHaul advertises 24/7 availability, but this was not the case in Wenatchee, WA. Worst experience we've ever had with UHaul, and we're longtime customers.John T.

The truck was very well used. (Old) If I'm paying almost $500 for a day to use a truck, I think it would be a lot nicer then the truck we got. Not thrilled about the truck experience at all. Plus every time I went to use breaks they are squeaking. I give the truck a zero, unsatisfying to say the least.Justin F.

Everyone check in on line. I checked in on line so I could get in and out but ended in line behind someone that didn't and had to wait anyway. Or maybe two lines One for people who do and the other for people who didn't check in on lineMaria R.
The pick up and drop off were extremely complicated when using mobile app. I ended up needing to call customer service just to be able to do drop off properly. If office is open this could be a decent location for pick up and/or drop off, but I was not happy with the contactless pick up drop off.Jaclyn C.

In light of Covid 19 the inside of the truck was filthy. We had to wipe down a sticky steering wheel and seat. The windshield was dirty and hard to see out of, had to clean that too. Was surprised it wasn't sanitized due to covidCarlo N.

This location made the whole terrible experience with U-haul and the online app work out. The employee Pete was able to get me a truck on the spot after U-haul botched 2 requests one early in the week and one re-ordered and confirmed the day before. There was major miscommunication on these requests through the U-haul online system. Luckily Pete saved the day and got me a larger truck which helped sooooo much on moving day. Awesome customer service from East Wenatchee Mini Storage / U-haul local reps. I can see why they just tell people to use U-haul online because they can't always fix the online sites mistakes and don't want to carry the blame when U-haul botches your important day. Fire any condescending, snarky, dishonest power tripping assholes in your Portland â€˜Traffic Dept.' Then, repurpose it to actually be a service and a delight to customers rather than a department that would drive customers away if you actually had competition. I would do my utmost to NEVER use UHaul again because of my recent experience with them, however, Alex in Tillamook did a great job of salvaging some measure of any trust I ever had with your company. Overall, it's clear UHaul as a â€˜partner' has gone way downhill and has become hard To do business with. But again, nice save and major kudos to Alex.Matt E.

Drive 2 hours to pick up a truck and tow dolly only to be insulted and misjudged by young male employee. He kept calling my "entitled" instead of believing me when I told him my car would not work on an older tow dolly. That older tow dolly cracked my front air dam (stock) for which an insurance claim with U-Haul was started. The newer tow dolly worked well and did not further damage my front bumper/air dam. Then he told me that there would be an extra chargeâ€"he double-charged me for the tow dolly! Another U-Haul store manager requested that the regional manager refund for the second charge. I've had lots of positive experiences with U-Haul over the years. This is the only bad experience that I can ever remember having.CHARLES G.

The truck cab had not been wiped down. I would have expected that in our covid19 world. I brought disinfectant wipes to clean high touch areas, but was surprised it needed to be done. The truck sounded like there was an exhaust leak that should be checked out. Otherwise we had a uneventful day trip. Service counter folks at the location were unhelpful when asked for help checking out on line. He said "It is called uhaul, so uhaul. " I thought that was unnecessaryly rude on his part. Not all of us are tech savvy, but we got through the process ok once we figured it out. Gracias.Duanr L.

The Uhaul trucks are parked in a gravel parking lot which was ok.There are only 2 Uhaul locations in the Wenatchee area aside from Cashmere. The East Wenatchee location is also where I stored my valuables so it was a very convenient location.Cyndy J.

There were two key drops that said "U-haul" key drop. It was confusing which one to put the key into. Also, we left all of the rented blankets and dollies, so the mobile application did not identify that we were returning those items as well.Brent K.
