If I could rate the other 3 locations I was sent to my rating would be a zero. I received a call a 630am to confirm my reservation at a different location than what I was expecting, when I arrived I was told the trucks were available. While I was there I received an email saying my reservation had been changed to another location, when I arrived there again I was told no trucks available. Finally at almost 11am I had to drive 16 miles across town to pick up my truck. Customer service was by far a better experience at the Midas (not even a uhaul center). Scheduling needs some help in order to better serve your customer.JUSTIN G.

Manager was rude. Vehicle was gross and so dirty inside- clearly no cleaning effort which is especially troubling given the COVID requirements. Front passenger tire was smooth with no tread. Customer service from U-Haul when I called to adjust reservation was phenomenal. I was very appreciative of her helpfulness.Jamie F.

Nothing more could have been done to make the process of renting this truck any easier- the 26' I rented was easy to drive, it was a newer model and very clean. The entire process start to finish was much easier than I could have hoped for! Thank you!!Talisa P.

I was really disappointed with this establishment! I tried to drop the truck off at a location near my home 85743, they said that they could not take it without charging me $180 more. The Midas company that I picked it up from said it would be no problem to drop it off at the location by my home. Being very upset about having to drive it back to the Midas shop that was 45 minutes from my home and have someone follow me to give me a ride back. We have used your trucks at least 8 times within the last year and a half between our families. I'm not so sure that will be the case in the future! I would appreciate it if you would contact me and explain to me why this is acceptable behavior in your company! I really don't think this was right at all, it's like a way for you to just gain more profits from the customers! It not only put me out but also my family member that had to follow me all the way there and back. Our time is valuable, I also has to fill it up with gas 2 times which I consider to be very unexceptable! So in turn it ended up costing me about $115 for about maybe 4 hours of use and gas and over a 90 minutes of wasted time! I will be saving this review until you contact me with a solution to this problem!bill W.

Did not have any of the reserved equipment on hand. Had to travel 10 miles to another UHAUL and they were short 18 of the pads I had reserved as well. Pretty rough pick up and definitely room for improvement.Timothy C.

The manager was the only one trained to check us in and out for the U-Haul. Since he took off at five on Friday we didn't get checked in properly and I still don't know how much we are going to be charged. Though we reserved a dolly he had to take time to go search one out, leaving me to stand and wait for 10 minutesjanet H.

The local drop off site was a neighborhood location that was not expecting my trailer. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to see if I could drop the trailer at his location and the U-Haul manager he spoke to was also extremely helpful and understanding. Between the two gentlemen the trailer was dropped and I was on my way better off than I expected. Kudos to Tucson U-Haul!Robert M.

The Midas shop I rented this from had no customers, and took them almost 20 minutes just to look up my order. Then he pointed the trailer out to me and said have a good day. I picked it up by myself, and they did not help me with it nor function check it. After getting to my destination I discovered 3 of the 4 lights were out, and it was the problem with the trailer, not my vehicle. Upon returning the trailer, I notified them of this. They blew it off and made excuses. This lot also intentionally blocks part of their lot making it difficult to drive through, and when I asked them to move a vehicle so I could pass, they said they would, and never did. The staff in general was rude and dismissive. Also I had the trailer for 1 day, and they auto-generated a receipt and charged me for 2 days, which I discovered upon checking my e-mail the next day. I agreed to a charge of $30.64, and I was charged $61.30. I am extremely unhappy, and will be disputing the difference in charge and escalation this situation.John R.
Used app to check-in ahead of time. Checkout process still took almost an hour, which included me coming behind the counter to take pictures of a QR code? Included was also a bogus $70 charge, but did not include a walk-around or explanation of any equipment, or help with the trailer. I'm not gonna get into details, because that would be a book?? I'm just gonna say it was a very frustrating experience and very un organized but there was one woman named Stacy who changed everything for me and made me believe in your company again when I had lost all faith that you guys knew how to do anything as a business. Thank you Stacy and also the man I picked up from was an awesome employee and helped me when I didn't ask for it. He just helped because he had read through the notes of what I went through. Hi there We were super dissapointed with the service. We called days before and made a reservation for 8/12/17 @ 8am. I get a confirmation email the day before for 10am. When i called to say we need it at 8am i was told, "oh we had to change it because we didn't think it would be back in time for 8. But it came back early so,its ok. SO, why didnt anyone bother to let us know u changed our reservation time? So i tell the guy we need at 8 and he said ok. When my husband arrives at 8 ge is left waiting for 30 mins and told, oh the guy who has to tell u is in the bathroom. Then they gave my husband a lame excuse saying the reservation was in my name and not his, which was not true. They made my husband give the address info again and took even more of his valuable time.We typically never complain but the professionalism at your establishment is beyong needing improvement. Had a confirmed order online for 5x8 trailer. Went to pick it up and they said they don't rent trailers. Was sent all over town to different locations before finally getting what we need. Returned U-haul a half hour before scheduled drop of time and was somehow charged for an extra day. I called back that same day and was told it would be taken care of, but I'm still receiving numerous different emails and have been very displeased with the whole experience.Bradley C.
I have a concern about the final billing. There appears to be one extra day first and foremost. Additionally, I called to discuss the need to drop off the truck later due to my new residence not being ready as scheduled. It did not appear to be an issue based on my conversation. The billing amount for the extra days in my opinion is unreasonable. I could have rented the truck again twice for a lesser amount. I am hopeful to hear back from someone ASAP. I have called to discuss my concern and was on hold for nearly an hour waiting to talk to someone in customer service. It is my hope that I hear from someone at 541-231-2669.Ryan D.

The manager, Steve, is not knowledgeable as to how to rent U-Haul equipment in any way, he said so himself. This would not have been a problem as his Asst. Manager is efficient on the computer, however Steve apparently does not mind if his Asst. Manager shows up to work an hour late. Thus, my 7:30 pick-up became an 8:30 pick-up and I lost time (money out of my pocket) with the Moving Help that I had reserved. The Assistant Manager also does not know how to hook up trailer hitches and the trailer detached from the truck shortly into my drive (luckily no one was hurt and nothing was damaged), he may have been more preoccupied with smoking his cigarette while attempting to rig the hitch. I quickly became an expert in correctly hooking up the hitch in the middle lane of a busy street. DO NOT use this location. Technically, I didn't choose this location myself, but for whatever reason, my preferred pick-up location was not chosen by whomever decides these matters.Michael W.
The staff is very unfriendly and untimely. My pick up time is 3:15pm. I arrived at 3:22pm, but I wait the staff to show up until 3:46pm. He asked me to provide security information which I do not need to provide when I reserve online. He didn't show me any written policy, instead he just said that it is system work, I won't go further without these information. He refuse to use my employment information but in the end he took it. This is very bad experience, I don't think I will trust U-Haul service anymore.chao-hsiuan T.

Horrible service. Please remove Midas from your business. Employee seemed uninterested and rude. I was charged as if I didn't put gas in the uhaul to the original state when checked out when I in fact filled up the tank to the original mark. Called the location and was kept on hold by Midas manager for 30 minutes. I have my receipt and contract as proof of original charge so I will be going back and hopefully fix this issue. Again keep uhaul as there own business and don't expand into others.ABEL V.

This location was a total joke. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting to check in truck. Owner then told me he didn't have time to do it. After I received my bill it was all wrong. The counter personnel by all outward appearances and attitude did not want to be there. He was rude and unhelpful. He did the inspection of the trailer from behind the counter. Because of this he did not notice that it had not been cleaned upon dropoff previously so I had to clean it before using it. When asked about dropoff location, he just said drop it anywhere. If this is indicative of U-Haul staff, We will be sticking with Penske!Timothy H.
1. This was an extremely UN-Satisfactory experience. 2. I was told by U-Haul I could drop off at the nearest U-Haul location to my home. But the lady in charge at 9000 Tanque Verde Rd, Tucson, AZ 85749, said she had no room for me truck. She LIED. She had plenty of room, she just did not want to do it. This "Right Space" location Should NOT be a U-Haul center. 3. I called U-Haul national. Number. Finally a "traffic" person helped me make a location next nearest to me to drop off. This was the Midas store, at 6740 E. Tanque Verde Rd, Tucson, AZ 85715. This location was NEW, or had NEW people. It took them over 1.5 hours to check me OUT !! with my wife waiting and then I got an email receipt. 4. I WANT a $40.00 REFUND, because I was OVER-charged for 1 extra day. Thank you Doug Nutterdoug N.
