The van smelled like poop The area has homeless people everywhere, and I felt unsafe dropping it off. The front desk guy who rented it out seemed completely out of helping and it took maybe 20 minutes for him to get me a key (and didn't even give me paperwork) I'm mad I was told to add more to the tank and Ill get a credit, considering the gas tank was on empty when I got it. I added like 20 bucks to the tank after returning it and I literally only get a 6 dollar credit. I feel robbed and honestly have been a loyal uhaul customer until now. Probably won't use you again after that as there's zero quality control at that locationChristopher T.
I made a reservation for a 10 foot truck and I was told that they was out of trucks all they had left was cargo vans. I said wow that's not going to work that's going to make my move more trips I have to have this back by 3:00 p.m no way. We need to change that and my time wasn't change for me making extra trips I was done at 6:30 p.m pick up the tuck well my reservation was at 10:00 stood in line for 30mins I will never go back to this place again. There was a lot of truck and I was seeing everybody leaving with a truck and I was the one with a cargo van very up set about this. And ask can you guys comp me on my miles since you guys are giving me the wrong truck nope didn't do it. This is not the place to go.NICOLE S.
I signed up for mobile check-in when making the reservation. I have an account and have rented from.this location in the past. Upon arrival I was directed to 'perform in-person check-in' which resulted in me having to wait for 45min until.the location opened at 10am - which is not good on a Saturday. Lesson learned; mobile check-in is not real and if you need equipment earlier pick up the keys the night before!Chris S.

Attendant was very cautious not to release a van that showed an icon of tire, as under inflated. With my tire gauge I checked the pressure of all four tires and the all indicated a â€œ52â€ PSI and came up with the conclusion that the icon was from a faulty sensor.Windsor A.

Multiple vehicles with gas leaks in their parking lot, employee asked me "is gas flammable?". Truck I was given was on E, added two gallons, but was still on E. When I got to my house with the truck, gas was actively leaking onto the street where I was parked. Was eventually given a replacement truck, but am out the money I spent on gas that leaked out. I rented a dolly on the 23rd evening at 6pm. I wasn't asked by the representative about the duration. When i told him 2 days, he said its too late. Then he said bring it back before 9:45PM next day. The next day when i got the day, it was closed. No instructions was given for after hour drop off. Then weekend came up and I thought it was closed. This location is under renovation and no numbers & hours are displayed. At last i had to pay $43.00 to pay off the balance. Not happy with this service. No transparency.sukhpal S.
