Was not clear on where to park. Did not have a key drop box, only a mail slot for storage payments to be done.

I returned the truck early (by over a full day) and less mileage and didn't receive any money back. The website should allow you to change these things if you are being charged for them as I would not have needed the full amount of anything that it self-loaded.

Rosa MEast Central Coin was very very helpful with this rental. Our problem was with the Uhaul online process. The server was busy so we could not complete our pickup or return. Thank goodness the staff at East Central Coin was so helpful in correcting the situation. It was on a Saturday and they were very helpful and accommodating.

Leigha BThe only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the self return using the u-haul app was a nightmare it took an hour and a service representative to help in the process. U-haul fix your app!!! As far as the actual location, 5 stars to them they were excellent and so was the service representative that helped me to return the equipment.

Clayton Shad to buy an adaptor because the trailer plugs are outdated also returned it sooner than the 4 days and did not get any money back but when I did it on line it came up with the option of 4 day rental only
James BThere was an internet connectivity problem at the dispatch location which apparently hindered the completion of the contract at the time of pickup. Uhaul traffic called later to ask if I had the trailer and I said that I did have it and the call was ended. I was then called again by a different representative from uhaul and asked more questions about the trailer and was told that if I was to be pulled over, I would be towing a stolen trailer. I explained to her that a rep from the uhaul location helped to install the trailer onto my truck, so it clearly couldn't be stolen. The call was not an experience that is conducive to customer satisfaction or would be considered a long term growth strategy for the company in my short sighted opinion. Best wishes. Greg
