The Scheduler sent me 32 miles to Lake Wales when there are several U-Haul locations in SEBRING and Avon Park on the way to Lake Wales so as far as I’m concerned, the Scheduler portion of this expanse was horrible I will never use U-Haul again nor will I recommend U-Haul for anyone

Cole CEast 60 Storage is very clean and Jason the owner is very helpful and friendly. We rent trucks 3 to 4 times a year and we like U-Hauls. The trucks are new, always clean and are not that bad on gas.

James FPicked up trailer in Lake Wales Fl with drop off in Port Huron Mi. Needless to say I was notified by uhaul on email that agreed to drop off was Walker Rd in Windsor On. Would love to know how this happened as Windsor is 2 hours from our home in Corunna Ontario.

Sandra EYour support people need better training on location of equipment and accessories. When I talked to the on-line support, not the people at the I60 West Storage location, they told me that mattress sleeves and packing blankets were in stock. This was not the case when I picked up the truck and we had to make do without these accessories unless I drove 20 miles out of my way to get them out on Rt 27. Previously, I had ordered a 5x9 ramp trailer from this same location only to get a email update saying I had to go the same 20 miles out of my way to pick it up. I cancelled this trailer based on this rescheduling fiasco. I did not find Uhaul (the company) to be customer friendly at all with regard to these problems.
