We originally requested this location. Despite the many trucks available, the uhaul headquarters placed us at a location that doubled in miles. After talking to many different people and explaining the situation, no one seemed to care or have an explanation. I was able to get in contact directly with the lady in charge of the Waterbury location, who went above and beyond to help us. Uhaul- if you have trucks available, please give your costumers their preferred location. I booked my reservation two weeks in advance and within a day, the headquarters had already switched me to a new location 28 miles out of the way. Big thanks to the wonderful lady at the Waterbury location- she was beyond amazing and made the day of rental experience completely smooth and seamless.

This E&S transport is a tow company/gas station/uhaul dealer with a 2nd location where they keep xtra uhaul trucks approx 12miles away. When I arrived at the gas station to drop it off (the address I was given by uhaul) at 4:15pm I filled up, went inside & was told that I had the wrong business and I had to go to Bolton (2nd location). That location closes at 4:30 so they couldn't check me in when I arrived. I left the truck only to find out afterwards it's the same business & they just didn't want to transport the truck themselves!?! I was charged for the fuel it took to get to the 2nd location, had to pay xtra for the Uber I had follow me around & when I explained my issue with the fuel fee was told because it was more than 30mins after the charge occured they couldn't refund even though they admitted to the mistake. I wouldn't trust these guys with a wrecked car. Steer clear of this scummy tow company!

Nothing. Folks at this location assisted with unhooking SUV from trailer dolly and had a quick inspection. Was finished in less than 15 minutes.

They called me day before saying that I needed to come and pick up the trailer sooner then later because if I didn't it might be gone. It cost me and my boyfriend a half of day of work to have to get out early and then drive 45 mins away to pick up up and then bring it a whole different town. so dissatisfied with UHAL. will never use again and I have been telling everyone about my horrible experience.

I was directed to this drop off location by the usual customer service. This was a 1.5 hour round trip drive. It was no where close to Burlington. There were several Uhaul locations in town, one less than a mile from our location. I was very unhappy about that.

Location was very good, friendly and efficient. However, it was NOT the drop off location that was on the reservation or even confirmed when I picked up the incorrect equipment. I was texted a day into my drive that my drop off location was changed, was told no way to honor reservation and I had to change my schedule to accommodate U-Haul because as your customer service rep said “it's your busy time”. Unconcerned about my time and the hour it added. More concerned about your bottom line than your customers. Will never use again.

I had to turn in the Uhaul 35 miles from my house when I have a Uhaul center 5 miles away. It would be nice to know this in advance. This was a huge inconveinence to me.

Per contract, I had to call 888-463-8207 to let them know I was returning the truck and 2 dollies at pre determined location~Williston, VT. I was notified that the destination was changed to Waterbury, VT -an extra 28 miles out of the way. This site is really outside of Richmond, VT. Because I had to get the needed items from two sites, E & S Transport Inc had no record of the Furniture and Appliance Dolly-just the truck. I had to call them back to confirm that they recorded the return of the two dollies. Felt that this sudden change of location and no credit provided by U-Haul for the extra miles to return and the extra arrangement of acquiring the two dollies was even considered. The independent sites are not at fault, the head quarters at 413-535-2432 & 888-463-8207 need to know what was arranged from the start and follow what I was told would all be at Brattleboro to get and return to Williston.

This comment is not for the specific location. It is for the process. When I made the reservation, I centered a drop-off location that was convenient . When I arrived at my destination, I was told I couldn't drop it there, but instead take it to another place much further away. I feel like I am managing your logistal problems for you and that my reservation was nothing more than a request. We will give you the details later. I did not appreciate it at all. I won't be renting from uhaul any more. I will find someone who honors the reservation.

Asked to get the trailer back by midnight for another's 10 am rental. busted my butt to get it there...and still charged me for the next/another day. but what is so bad is that they ALSO charged another one for the 10 am rental. ...double booked. NOT RIGHT / NOT ustifiable / Sad=Bad!!!

The location and service were fine. The people are friendly and always answer the phone which is great. But the 24/7 pick up didn't work. I wanted to pick up at 8 but the location didn't open til ten. Also we wanted to pick up in Burlington but had to drive 20 miles out of our way to this location. This location is fine for people in this area, it was just far for us.

I origianlly rented at Riverside in Burlington and when I arrived they "upgraded" me to a 12 foot truck which I did not want. They found a 10 foot truck at the above location so I had to drive there to pick it up -- because it happened so fast no one was aware I was coming so the place was empty. Finally got in touch with someone, but was a mess -- this was all because you did not have the equipment I wanted and failed to notify me prior- -

There was nothing wrong with the location, however U-Haul charged me $20 after I attempted to check my trailer in several times. I tried both online and by calling U-Haul, and when on the phone I was told I had no rentals. Bottom line is don't charge customers late fees when you won't let them return things on time.

Trailer was connected to the truck and ready to go when I got to the location. Truck was new with less then 2000 miles on it. They were great folks to work with. I would be glad to use them again if the location was not so far from my house.

have someone in the office for people that show up to the door to get a uhaul I had to do the internet right there on the poarch had a hard time it was good thing the lady was close by she show up and new I was having a problem and helped me out. the internet is great if you are going to pick it up in a day or so thanks

There were no personnel on site here when I dropped off, thus I was forced by your website to take pictures of the inside and out of the trailer in the freezing cold and extreme winds. This is something that YOU, UHaul, is responsible for. Asking your customers to complete the check in process in order to cut labor and facility overhead is pathetic. Would not recommend, will not use again.
