The after hours check in - drop off app does not work...won’t verify location, so app won’t allow you to verify returns. $20 fee is charged if you fail to do so! I led a voicemail and email, so no charge, but I still wasted 20 minutes trying to drop off after hours.

The only thing i can think of is somehow streamlining the computer system and paperwork process, the last 2 times i have rented from uhaul the computer system has been a pain in the a** for the person behind the counter it it takes way longer than it should in my opinion.

i could not figure out how to modify my reservation to extend it. the only advice i got from the website/mobile app was to call....which was no good because it was Christmas Day and you were off work. Actually, I called several times leading up to Christmas and was never able to reach anyone via the phone and no one ever returned my calls after I left 2 voice mails. Also, the first time I showed up to do a mobile pickup, I was asked to provide a 2nd proof of identity which I did not know so I did not have my passport with me nor a printout of my rental agreement. I had the emailed rental agreement but the app doesn't allow for a screenshot to be uploaded. It only allows to "take a picture", but I didn't have anything to take a picture of already printed out.

My original reservation (made well in advance) at this location was set for pickup on a Sunday night (Nov 24) at 9pm via TruckShare. I received a surprise phone call from U-Haul support at 6pm on that Sunday explaining that the E&G Rentals U-Haul location had not "set up" the truck for off-hours pickup. So, the U-Haul team moved my reservation to another site in the same city (still Sunday at 9pm). When I went to the new location at 9pm on Sunday night, the code provided to open the lockbox did not work. I called U-Haul support and was on hold for 10 minutes. I gave up and went home. Once I got home, I called U-Haul again. 10 more minutes on hold. I called another number from a different phone ---yes, I had two phone calls open at the same time --- and after a shorter hold time, someone finally answered. They said there was nothing they could do --- I should just go to the rental location on Monday during posted hours. I was not confident this was all going to work out. So, later on Sunday night, I made a new reservation for Monday morning back at the original E&G location. That reservation worked out OK. But, over an hour was wasted with a lot of frustration on Sunday night. I have used the 24x7 pickup option before with success. This time was a failure.

We had ordered online and asked for a television packing box, but when we arrived to pick up the truck, they didn't have any at the location. Besides that, the actual truck and tow were good so no big complaints.

I actually have used this uhaul location numerous times in the past and a few more booked in the near future. Great service and always on top of things!!

I was double billed (like 2 trips). Invoice says returned truck at 2:06. I returned truck at 1:10. Deadline was 1:30. They close at 2 so how could they be there at 2:06 when I returned truck. Because I returned at 1:10. Demand return of money or will not use uhaul again. This operation is a straight rip off.

The back off the truck smelled like marijuana. Really really bad. I told the girl at the desk about it and she just laughed. I should be asking for a refund on that rental. I do alot of business with u haul. I am very disappointed

Charged me more miles than I did. Nobody contacted me back about my extra mile charge. Was also charged $28 for 2 days of rental for a dolly.
