Lady had a hard time loading info into the computer, had to give info twice. Did not understand that I was leaving trailer in Florida not taking home to New York. Told her that I was going to turn trailer in on Babcock rd in Florida Trailer had broken glass and some debris inside. She did search around to find a larger trailer in the area, no luck

Have the trailer ready to roll. Had many lights not working & had no tounge WHeel to balance trailer weight off vehicle when stopped for the night. Also would be nice to have it when packing & unpacking the trailer.

I had to unhook the trailer myself and I'm disable it was very cold and he did not answer the phone and I could not leave a message mailbox full.

We were told to "park it and drop it" anywhere - turned out it almost rolled into the creek bed, but two people came out to help us then... so no worries (parking had no barrier between the lot and the creek bed)

After using my credit card to pay for the truck, the man in the office stole my credit card information and started making fraudulent charges in my name. This location needs to be removed from the whole Uhaul system immediately.

The two people that work there her and her husband was very and I mean extremely nice and they actually took the time with her husband did to try to help me with the trailer got there the trailer was backed up against the stump you cannot lift it or anything her husband was trying to get the trailer by himself I tried to help and so that his wife. But as far as recommending U-Haul to anyone I would never again recommend U-Haul to anyone got the trailer had to drive an hour out of my way to get it and an hour back out of my way to go home to reload up. Starting on the road back to Florida. As far as Statesville North Carolina which is an hour and a half from where we moved and had to have a hotel room due to the stupid trailer there was no lights whatsoever on the trailer. Paid $85 for a room to stay in that could have been avoided if the trailer had proper working lights. Called roadside assistance the gentleman came out after 2 hours to fix it it took another two hours to get it fixed. And then one side on the right hand side of the trailer lights still did not work. Was told by the roadside assistance that it would not work anymore because where the tire have blue outfit to all the wires out of the electrical socket to make the lights work. Again I would not never recommend U-Haul to anyone and I will not use U-Haul again I would rather pay more money to have a safe and proper working equipment this is the worst experience I have ever and I mean ever experience with U-Haul. Had reservations for one location found out to an hour and a half before I was to pick up at one location that it was at another location. Spoke with a young lady twice and 804 number which was very rude unprofessional and just unacceptable ask for a supervisor I was told the supervisor is that in those out in the field will call you soon and then I turned around and called the 800 U-Haul number and went through 4 different Associates before I could even talk to One spoke with a gentleman named Bill he was just as rude as the lady on the 800 number was give me the 804 number. I would appreciate a supervisor and I mean a supervisor to return a response to this message I am leaving. It is your responsibility to make sure that is proper working equipment on the units you all rent. And like I said it is unacceptable and uncalled for you all costs my family another $85 to stay in a hotel room and like again it is and very unprofessional and very poor on U-Haul
