I found everything professional and in order. The staff was polite and patient with me when I got lost, and late picking up the truck. Also, U-Hal staff assisted me with directions. I would recommend this proprietor for sure. Thank you for your excellent.

The mobile check in process was a disaster and customer service was just as bad. The moving items that I ordered were not in the truck and the location was closed. The checkout process with a live individual was lengthy, even though she was nice. UHaul is added to the growing list of poor experiences these days.

I was given a truck with the check engine light on. When I arrived they took 20 minutes to get the truck together and start the process with me after I was already there 20 minutes later than I had reserved it for. I have rented from Uhaul before and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with it.

The check engine was on, low tire light was on, there was no windshield wiper fluid and the windshield was very dirty. I tried to drop the truck off after hours following the directions however when it came to dropping the key there was no key drop. This forced me to bring the truck home then bring it back costing me extra mileage as well as gas. I had to find someone to pick me up and forcing me to cancel a very important appointment, or pay for another day. NO I would never use uhaul again picking up mulch a few miles from my home turned out costing me more then having it delivered in the long run.

I booked a 10' foot truck in advance. The night before the rental, my reservation was moved because the location I made the reservation at was no longer open. I went to the next location late because I could no longer walk and I needed to find a ride. My reservation was canceled and they did not have any availability. They made another reservation and sent me to Newark for a truck. The truck at Newark was double booked and unavailable. The place at Newark made another reservation and sent me to New castle. The truck at new castle was dirty. Each of the first two locations took over 30 minutes to tell me I didn't have a truck. The locations were about 30 minutes apart each. It took about 3 hours to get a truck I booked in advance on a day I was supposed to be moving.

This was our 4th location we were directed to for pickup of the truck. When we got there they were closed. The sign saying “back in 20 minutes” was on the floor inside. No idea when the sign was written so how long were we supposed to wait? No one answered the phone numbers provided. The truck had a horribly cracked windshield. Should not have been driven. But since this was the 4th location we had no choice. We had to report the damage via phone since the app didn’t work to send damage photos. The many representatives at the call center we had to speak to were excellent.

Fix your online return process...it kept kicking me out and i could not process it ...should have different places you can save so do not have to completely restart.

I had ordered a hand cart but it was not in the truck when I picked it up. The location wasn't open at the time of pick up, so I had no way of getting the missing cart. However, when I returned the truck, the agent apologized and quickly removed the hand cart charge from my bill.

The associate running this location was a nice gentleman. My issue with this transaction was with the forced sale of the insurance coverage. To date, I have no idea if this was the associate forcing the insurance on me and saying I coudn't finish the transaction without it, or an issue with UHaul's System that auto applies and charges for the insurance I didn't want. Additionally, I was charged for extra mileage and gas, when I returned the truck under mileage and filled the gas back up to the original amount. I disputed the charges in the app when I returned the truck and received a notification that someone from UHaul would contact me to discuss the charges. My card was charged anyway and no one ever called me to discuss the rationale for the charges. Because of this, I'll likely never used UHaul again. I'll go with Budget or Home Depot.

One year ago I rented a U-Haul truck and had to utilize the automated process via my cell phone. I am not tech savvy and let’s just say I totally disliked the process. However this location still has a human to deal with in the process was very easy. The truck was clean ready and available. No issue with taking the truck at all and I would highly recommend this location.

Overall experience was pleasant. My main concern was about the amount of time spent waiting for the app to progress to the next stage of the procedure and process. Also, the rental needs to be be wiped down for cleanliness at least once a week.

The U-Haul representative did not wear a mask when I collected and dropped off the truck. This is really inconsiderate. I had agreed to rent a vehicle from a U-Haul location about 1 mile from my apartment. The night before collection, I received an email indicating my order had been updated and that I needed to collect the vehicle from a new location about 10 miles away. The link and phone number provided by U-Haul did not work so I was basically trapped into renting from this new location which made the total cost of the move significantly more expensive.

This uhaul rental facility Was THE WORST EVER! The lady did not wear a mask at all while giving us the rental agreements, which is against the LAW and CDC ! As well as stating she was working and would remain there until 6pm so I could bring the truck back at my 5-5:30 agreed time to return it , so I could receive my receipt and final cost. Then at 5:23pm she turned the lights off and left as we pulled up to park the truck, leaving me to drop the keys outside and not get my finalized price. As well as never emailing my receipt after I reached out. I called her 6 times to try to get a copy emailed and was told she was not able to resend it and was RUDE, unpleasant and VERY unprofessional. But then sent it to my fiancé when he called a final time way later. The rental was 12/30 and we finally received the receipt on 1/11 after being told she couldn’t again and she couldn’t go that far back In date. As well as calling a 7th time! I knew the charges didn’t match up so I that’s why I was in need of my receipt. Then over changed me for a $20 cleaning fee because the truck was “dirty” and claimed again she couldn’t send the pictures. (The so called proof) I Reached out to UHAUL customer service and got the pictures and there was a little dirt on the back of the loading area from shoes. No trash, no mud, no mess! She’s scam and E& F auto is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE UHAUL RENTAL FACILITY. She’s uneducated about the uhaul rental experience and it’s a was a waste of time! Find somewhere else!

Nothing really. The lady there (Zaeda?) was very accommodating and pleasant - especially since I didn't have a reservation. And I have to put in a super kudos for your small operation on Dupont Highway in Middletown. I had rented from them before and had gone there first. They had nothing for me so they found me the van at the E&F Auto location. All in all an exceptionally profitable day thanks to your U-Haul colleagues.

The vehicle needed to be swept out. When moving your daughter to campus, you don't want anything crawling into packages or dirt getting on anything. The vehicle ran very well thought and the exterior was clean. I checked Not applicable because it was not swept out.

The location was fine but the process can be improved. In the emails I had received beforehand, it stated that I was ready to go and all was good for the rental. Then when I arrived, I had to go through a ~15-20 minute process where most of the time spent was waiting on someone to review my info, which absolutely could have been done beforehand. I also was told I would get a confirmation phone call a couple days before the pickup date and never did. So, time was wasted out of the allotted time I had.

Vehicle was clean , fuel gauge not accurate on pickup ( stopped at fuel station after pickup maybe 10 mi away because gas gauge dropped, put in 9 gallons, i also filled up before return , dash information said oil change due. Front wheel vibrates ( maybe out of balance, maybe loose lugs. Not a good experience.

There was no one at the location and all of the equipment that I ordered was in the truck. I went back to the location and the location never opened. I had to contact U-Haul for them to find an additional location to get the equipment that I purchased. This was extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
