Long time regular Uhaul customer, 1st time renting from this location. Despite heavy rain, people were very helpful and courteous with hitching up a trailer and getting me off to the care of my business. Good job guys! Coming back to them in the future.

The trailer had no jack to remove it from my vehicle it was dangerous to remove by myself.

Tow dolly had broken, worn equipment, frayed tire straps, safety chains were jammed in the ramp brackets, had to hammer them to release, no lic plate mounted .

Everything was organized quick and efficient and were able to return the vehicle on Sunday after one day of service that was a blessing. Only thing I would change is as the owner of our company. I don’t want to be the one having to pick up the trucks with my credit card.

I think you should have a pick up system. Because I had to take the bus and also the taxi to get to the Uhaul. And sometimes you are to exhausted to do it. But I did it. And it's done, but I think they should have a pick up system, that would be wonderful. Otherwise you guys are great. Thanx

When checking in online & asked what time do I want to pick up the vehicle, don't cancel the reservation 15 minutes after the pick up time. The pick up time is an estimation. Luckily, they still had the truck on the lot.

Drop off location was switched to this one due to lack of space but this location was lacking space. Very small and very inconvenient for us having to drive out of our way after being on the road for 7 hours.

Overpriced taxed me for gas when I had put gas and received the rental not on full tank. Check engine light was on Alignment was way off making it dangerous to drive. I’ve rent U-Haul before for only $80 total not $150++ scam.

I’d say the only issue we noted was the lock on the rear pull down was worn, It did not need a key to function, maybe just fixing that. Otherwise nothing to fix. The lady that works there is kind and helps you get in and out to do what you need to do.

Upon arrival, it would’ve been nice if one of the two employees would’ve guided me when reversing the box truck with the trailer. Aside from that, it was good. Wife and Son used bathroom, said it wasn’t clean and no soap available.
