The UHaul trailer was difficult to return online We called the number and were on hold for over 1/2 hour. Unacceptable! Will try Ryder rentals if we need again.

Conflicting pricing. Rented a appliance dolly and paid ten dollars. Sticker price on dolly was seven dollars. I pointed this out to my cashier and he was less than apologetic. Everything else was fine and overall a decent experience.

the manager at this location called me 2 minutes prior to my pickup to tell me that he did not have the trailer requested. I turned around called the national Uhaul reservation center who worked with me. We found out that the manager at Eagle LIED and did have the trailer. This manager made it as difficult as possible to rent the equipment. He should not have a Uhaul franchise. I rent Uhaul on a regular basis and have never been treated this poorly before. On return he was as snotty and miserable as yesterday. I will speak of this experience to all of my family and friends.

First I have to drive 30 miles to get this tow Dolly, Even though there is a rental place 1/2 mile out of my town in Arlee it wont list! And 5 other places in the same town way closer to me. Then I have to bring it back to Missoula same place I Picked it (site wouldn't let me have or keep closer drop off site) up 30 miles away. Then on top of that The people at the Rental place are rude, Then on top of that I planned to drop if off when I wanted before they opened as I often do. BUT NO after I get it they tell me there is a $20 charge for dropping it off after hours! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mobile reservation timed out due to airline flight delays leaving us stranded at the U-Haul office. Tried calling U-Haul but no response which was common . When you did get through you were put on hold and switch to another number. Very frustrating. Finally got in touch with the local U-Haul office through an emergency number at which time we finally picked up the truck.

Supply chains for your trucks in the winter. They are required by law to be carried in the vehicle. I will never use or recommend u-haul again.

One day rental for $82, other uhaul places in town are cheaper. How does a $29/day rental with 34 miles driven turn into $82. Total scam and not up front with all their BS fees. Rent from somewhere else, BEWARE.

Reserving a truck was a pain. Spoke with dealer in Lolo a few times, he didn’t know what he was doing and could not verify whether I’d have a truck or not. I then called uhaul our of frustration, and got it lined up. Truck was fine, other than it leaking. We were moving in the rain, the truck was dripping from the ceiling onto my stuff, water was pooling up on the floor. I called to notify eagle storage, kind of hoping they’d offer to reimburse some of what I paid. He just thanked me for letting him know. Hopefully it gets fixed and doesn’t continue to do this to other movers. Moving is hard enough in itself. Otherwise, people were friendly and helpful.

This location was very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The truck was very clean and I was completely impressed with the truck. Tons of power, comfortable, good visibility with mirrors. Very happy with rental. I had a 26 footer but it drove like a smaller van and we had it completely packed. Great job!

Don't give them trucks that have cigarette butts and Ash in the cab. My two kids had to go 600 miles in that. Don't have employee bad mouth uhaul and be incompetent.

Beautiful storage facility, very helpful and accomodating!

The storage compartment smelled of diesel smoke which delayed my ability to load the truck , maybe just opening the back door and checking for such a thing before a new user picks up truck to prevent our belongings from absorbing smells is a suggestion. However, the staff at Eagle Storage has always been excellent and I appreciated their meeting my rental needs!! Thank you :)

Eagle Storage employees are awesome, that is why we went through them to rent the vehicle to begin with. We got a call from corporate telling us we had to get our rental from u-haul on Brooks, the whole experience was frustrating to say the least, but none of the aggravation was due to Eagle Storage, they were the only help we received.

The young blonde girl and the owner were very helpful so thank you for that...however Dan in the office and the other red head kid were very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to them. When I pulled up to the gate the red head kid was standing outside and I do not have the code to get in and he just like waved at me like I was like a retard and like go through the gate but the gate was not open and I said I don't have the key he rolled his eyes I was not happy at all with this kid he acted like I was in his way he was annoyed with me or something. Dan inside seem like he was annoyed with me and very short with me he wasn't very nice either. Like I said the owner and the blonde girl we're outside helping me get this hooked up and they are very nice and I want to say thank you again to those two.

The young woman who checked us in, initially tried to charge us an extra $36 even though we were well within the allotted mileage. She had the senior person check the price, and corrected it, after I questioned the bill. There seems to be a pervasive lack of training and professionalism based on these two contacts.

They were efficient, but not the friendliest of places for picking up a truck. Could of done more, like pull up the truck so it was closer to the office and do a walk around and through of the truck prior to leaving.
