Mary SThe price was more than unbeatable from other moving truck options or moving pod delivery service. It was a pain but totally worth driving back to cut costs even further by half. I was getting ready to choke on around $1500 - $2250 just for me to move (huge gouge after just putting all my hard earned savings into getting me started on my new life). Without delivering the 20' box truck I got was still affordable in the $850 range, but instead in the $400 range for driving it back the extra 280-ish miles). I hope this helps others as well this location get more customers - this was a life saver for me at least!
Jesse DDrop off area was small and impossible to back up trailer into non handicap designated space due to moving truck parked that obstructing movement of towing vehicle. Forced to leave trailer in handicapped parking spot.

Timote HI’m upset because I drove 9 miles. The gas was slightly under 1/2 tank when picked up and gauge readout on the online checkout wouldn’t let me reflect that It runs in 1/8 increments it appears. So when returned it was still slightly under 1/2 and they charged me $22 for gas. Ridiculous. Never been screwed over like that before and I’ve used uHaul a LOT.

Alan JIt appears there are only two slots to return trucks to, and they are not parking friendly. I needed to back the truck in and parallel park it.
Dillon BTrailer had a lock still on it, was asked to cut it off myself, I feel this should have been taken care before I picked it up. Nobody reviewed the trailer connection to the vehicle, seems like this should be part of the process.

MARSHALL BMy only complaint is we were charged for two 24 hr when we Picked up Uhaul on Wed at around 1:30 pm and returned it back before 1:30 pm on Thursday. How is that two days charge. You told me your software would make it correct, and I said I'm good for 24 hrs and you said yes, but I was charged for 2 days. Not right at all.
Brent VOne tire very low tread and the safe tow trailer had a few tires with PSI at 20 causing me to have to take it to a tire shop and wait and have it brought up to 60 PSI. This should’ve taken care of by staff prior to my rental. I feel a rental credit is appropriate given the situation
geoff sI dropped off the trailer early, the person said he was leaving early and that he would check in the equipment the next day. It was 2 days before he checked it in.

ARIOSTO DThe company representative did not go out to help me pick up the equipment, he just said good luck. When we returned, he did not come out and did not check the equipment back in. Today I received an email saying that I had not returned the equipment and they had contacted me (and I was in trouble). No one contacted me, and when I called the company, they checked me in. The Lady (most likely the manager) was very nice and apologetic, and for that reason I may use this location again, but some aspects of the rental we frustrating and disappointing.

Christopher JNot only did they change my pickup location at the last minute, the woman at the pickup facility was rude. I was told the store opened at 9:30 and when I arrived at 10 the women said “you’re late. You were suppose to be here at 9:30” which was incredibly rude considering we had to coordinate a ride to a different location than planned. The lady also said “you’re lucky we have this truck” as if we were inconveniencing her. I also reserved that truck over a week in advance. Horrible.

Kira SCheck engine and abs lights were on, but at night the dashboard didn't illuminate so couldn't tell speed, fuel level or anything else. Otherwise, pick up and drop off were very easy and efficient and the truck worked as expected.

Jeffrey MI rented a car hauler, when I arrived at the first pick up location which was 20 minutes away from where I reserved the unit I noticed one of the tie down straps was broken and could not be rented. Obviously whoever checked it didn't care enough to look it over. I then had to drive 30 minutes in the other direction to get another car hauler. After picking that one up and driving back in the other direction I burned 2.5 hours for something that should have taken 15 minutes. After getting it all sorted out getting on the road for my 11 hour trip the car hauler performed great and would recommend it.
Chris PThere was no one to greet us. This is a storage unit company that is a uhaul representative. I was instructed to call when I arrived and instructed to leave the trailer in front of the storage unit. It was not the most ideal.
David BI had paid and checked in online but they insisted I go through everything at the office again. I had declined the optional insurance online and in the office but they tried to add it on. When I asked about the extra $42.33 charge they said they would take it off. They insisted it was credited but wouldn't give me a reciept for this. The whole process probably took an hour. I have since had to dispute this extra charge on my credit card. Worst rental experience ever!
Chris LJust make sure that we can find or get the truck sizes we need! I returned a couple of dolly’s as we didn’t need or use them and the girl didn’t change my contract and a big mess happened at the end for her not adjusting my bill! I was charged for a appliance dolly and a regular dolly and did not get credit for not needing them. Also I requested blankets and they were out, so I just wish things would be honest and credible as I try to be. The truck got great mileage and I just wish it had been as full as I left it as gas is not cheap!!!
