Was not a fan of the shelf check out/in on the app. It was difficult to navigate the app on both the pick up and return of the rental. I'm sure the process would be easier for technically savy folks, but I found the process to be extremely difficult. I prefer the hands on dealing with an Uhaul agent.

We picked up the truck and check out was fine first thing milage was incorrect, cab smelled like cigarettes smoke, when you turned heat on it smelled like marijuana. Once we arrived at our destination and raised the lift gate it was filled with boxes and case water.

I communicated with the location about I wasn;t returning at the same time and was told that if I returned after the time it would be an extra $20 and then I see they were trying to charge my card an extra almost $80. That is not what I discussed when I called the location to inquire. I will not be using this location again because I was told one thing and they tried to do something else. I did everything I was asked and only used 50 miles and put the gas back and is not sure what these other charges were because I didn't receive any communication as to why and what I was being charged.

The app was not allowing me to get the original truck and then I had to drive 20 mins only to come back to rent out at another location. At the EZ Tax location, someone was sleeping in one of the trucks and just caught me off guard at 1 in the morning in a very sketchy area at that time of day. I couldn't properly check the vehicle for its cleanliness or damage due to the neighborhood and the scare I had once I arrived at that location.

As I arrived at the designated store to drop off the key, I noticed that the location was under renovation and there was no U-Haul branded key drop-off present. Despite my efforts to locate one, I was unsuccessful in finding it. To make matters worse, as I was looking for the key drop-off, I was approached by multiple loiterers who attempted to get my attention, which left me feeling unsafe and vulnerable. I would like to express my disappointment with the lack of clear instructions and signage at the drop-off location. I believe that it is important for the safety and security of all customers that proper measures are taken to ensure that the drop-off process is clearly communicated and accessible. The location was called "EZ Money Tax" but I had to guess which one that was because there was only a sign that said "taxes" and nothing else specific. Please be advised that I have left the key in the mailbox for EZ Money Tax and would appreciate your confirmation of receipt. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Jalen Roark

Don't over charge. I was over charged for the rental. I mentioned it online but no one contacted me. If they take an extra $20-$30 from every customer, imagine the come up. Why cheat people? It's called greed, hence why I definitely won't be back. I'll make sure I let my friends and family know as well.

The place was raggedy and empty. There were no employees there to help and I was forced to call U-Haul customer service just to get the code from the key dropbox. My overall experience with U-Haul was terrible and I will not be using this company ever again.

This is not a welcoming or helpful location. I arrived to drop off my truck and the store (a tax preparation center?) was closed during what were supposed to be normal business hours. It was unclear where to leave the key to the truck and there were no staff anywhere to assist me. I do not recommend this site for anyone wishing to drop off a U Haul vehicle.

I reserved my 10' truck a month prior to the day I was moving. Upon confirmation of my truck, we drove to the location. It was in a terrible part of Atlanta. When we arrived, I spoke to the Uhaul field manager. She informed me that the only truck she had available had a part of the engine stolen from it and there was a homeless man sleeping in the back of it. We contacted Uhaul on the phone and were informed that there were no trucks available for that day or the following day. The field manager somehow managed to find a stashed truck in a nearby parking lot and granted me access to it remotely. I was severely disappointed with this experience. I will be asking for a refund.

The communication on the Uhaul site needs to be better for this location. This is a virtual pick up and drop off location. I chose in person pick and I was lucky one of the owners happened to show up. This is a tax place and they are closed for this time of the year. Which is why all their pick ups are virtual, but uhaul site allowed me to choose in person. The owner was nice and very helpful with checking me in, and had awesome customer service. I have an issue with the Uhaul website and booking.

I arrived to two locked uhaul boxes but did not see a designated dropbox anywhere. I hope the black generic dropbox on the door of the ez tax location was correct because they all look the same and someone could easily drop the keys in any of the identical boxes.

The location was extremely difficult to locate. I was given an address and told that it was a U-Haul facility, but the name on the door was that of a tax service center. To make matters worse, the door to the location was locked and I had to call a representative on the phone just to return my rental! I spent an unnecessary amount of time locating and returning my rental. unpleasant experience overall.

The most out of the way location I've ever used. They don't seem to do much business as there was only one UHaul truck in evidence. I was able to turn in my trailer easily and the attendant was friendly.

Our truck had ants in the cab and the truck constantly would not go in to drive. Had to turn it off and turn start it back up for it to go.

We had planned our moving weekend well by renting the uhaul well in advance. The day before the pickup I received a text at 10PM at night saying that the truck was ready for pickup. What I didn't notise was that they had changed the address to another part of town. That was a lot further and out of the way. After losing a lot of time standing in line and driving around we finally got to the other location. Service there was very poorly, truck was dirty, gas was not where it should have been. Very poor service overall. If possible i would like to ask for a refund because all of this made or day a lot more stressfull and we lost about 2 hours in the morning driving around.

Someone had been smoking in the truck. Cigarette butts in ash tray and smell of smoke. Moving dolly was missing and the light in the back of the truck was melted like it had been on fire.

I booked a reservation for a U-haul truck at a location on 14th St in Atlanta. That morning, I got a call saying that there were no trucks available and I had to drive an extra 6 miles to another location. I was very disappointed that U-haul did not save the truck reservation at the original location.

Making sure rental locations are notified of scheduled rentals and verify that the trucks are ready and available. I want able to pick up from my original location because apparently the owner didn't be the equipment/keys "setup" for me to pick up.

No air conditioning in July in Georgia! Had to ride with windows down. Could not hear my GPS directions because of the wind noise due to no AC and windows down. Had to keep looking at GPS map causing a higher level of anxiety and creating a higher level of danger in the move. Drop off location on the contract is nonexistent- 110 uga is a totally made up address and the zip code placed on the contract does not exist anywhere much less in the drop off area around Athens Georgia. Had to hunt the location of drop off after a stressful day of moving. Locations on internet searches were misleading at best and nonexistent- needs updating. On top of that I made reservations two weeks in advance at a uhaul location just a few blocks from the address I was picking up the initial location. The evening before the move I receive notifications from uhaul that I have to drive an additional 10 miles through stop and go (both there and back) to pick up the uhaul in a very seedy part of town where I find an almost totally aboned run down strip mall with bars on every door and window and not a sole there when we arrived. Very unprofessional from start to finish Uhaul. I think you owe me a refund. This is the gospel truth.

My original reservation was #26486366 for June 2 @ 10. I got there at 9:30 and the location was closed. I went to nearby location to see if they have any truck but all of them was booked for the day. They did not arrive at the location until after 11:00. When she got there it took 30 mins to complete and print my contact. I was told that I would receive $50 compensation for my time and has not received it yet.
