barb sThe website for 24/7 pickup help kept booting us out, so we ended up calling customer service. It took over 30 minutes to finally get our rental. I think some updating or something needs to be done on the website

Martin LNeed bigger sign to indicate office location.. Vehicles are parked way behind large industrial building that ultimately has a very small U-Haul sticker on a mail slot where keys get dropped. Probably fine for locals but one time drop off for our of towners it's difficult to locate on a cold evening.

Laurie EI ordered blankets and I was disappointed when I picked up the trailer they didn't have any blankets. I ordered boxes from another location and they didn't have any when I went to pick up the order even though the system showed inventory. In both cases I was able to place the other and was charged for them. No call to me either time to let me know.
