Susan and her helper bud were absolutely amazingly wonderful to me and so helpful what an privilege it was for me to use this location

The vendor at this location couldn't provide a contract and kept calling another location for help. I explained I had completely checked in online but this location wanted to delete entire contact and start over. She came to this conclusion after 45 minutes of waiting. Also, the vehicle was dirty and not clean, I was not impressed at all with customer service. I had to locate a hand dolly, a dozen moving pads and one furniture dolly without assistance. Not impressed at all.

Call customers back when they call for information and have to leave a message. I felt like they were not interested in U-Haul business. Get a U-Haul account so that cashiers checks can be used for payment. Finish working with the U-Haul customer before waiting on motel customers that interrupt. Explain on questions about the truck and its operation.

I wasn't able to pick my truck up at this location. I had to go 55 miles away to get it. Please don't allow reservations to be made if you cannot deliver to the reservation location. That said, my overall experience with UHAUL was excellent!

The address is confusing going by a GPS to find the Uhaul Center. I believe its just how Thermopolis streets are numbered. But once I found it the people were very friendly.

The staff at El Rancho were very friendly and helpful, but not very familiar with the whole process. The main problem was not their fault--that UHaul promised a truck in Riverton, but did not provide it. This location was an hour away! I absolutely can not recommend UHaul to anyone. This is my second bad experience.

Straps on towdolly were very hard to get the frayed ends through the ratchet.

Truck was only 1/2 full with gas when we were told it was full. Had to search for keys - were not located where the lady thought they were. Had to drive 60 miles to pick up truck (none available in Riverton) which wasn't El Rancho Motel's fault...but the mileage didn't reflect accurately.

I knew more about hooking the trailer up then the guy's putting it on. Not Necessarly the Locations fault but the truck I drove had several problems. 1. I had a clamp that snapped emptying my coolest reservoir, 2. A press combination of the breaks and movement of the steering wheel would kill the engine. This caused me to loose my power steering three times in traffic and one time closing with a Woodland Bison. One time this happened on a hill and it took me 300'. I finally ground the breaks to a stop 2 feet from a fence. This is horribly unsafe. Lastly I lost 6 hrs of drive time from a transmission that wouldn't shift out of second gear. this happened before and after our roadside assistance. I tried to express the drive distance and conditions but, atleast I didnt kill anyone or myself.

The staff at the locations were great, absolutely no complaints there. The issue I have is the U-Haul online reservation tool allows you to book U-hauls that don't exist. My reservation had to be changed to another facility that was over an hour away and to get a truck, and even then ( not the fault of the facility) they did not have all the equipment requested in the reservation. I feel like the communication between stock, reservations and currently contracted rentals needs much improvement. I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I was allowed to reserve non-existing equipment. I was however very satisfied with how the staff at the locations handled this problem.

Discount the rental if customer has to drive across state to get the frikin truck, while 2 trucks same size sit in town, and did not leave the area, and were unused, and still sit in the same spot as of today. The extra drive to pickup was and extra 45 dollars in gasoline.

The place is full of animals and a bird came and landed on my sister in the office. The lady at the office was talking and talking and my sister obviously needed to leave quickly.

This location has NO business representing U Haul. Lady in charge didn't seem to know what she was doing. (over 2 hours) office was the filthiest, stinkinest place I have ever been. stunk so bad from pet smells I had to step out side to keep from getting sick. Dogs, cats and birds every where. can not explain how bad it was!! I will never go there again!!!

Worst overall experience of my life. I have told everyone I know to never EVER use uhaul. I reserved a truck April 20th. I was told that someone would call me 48 hours in advance to schedule and I never got a call. When I called uhaul, I was assured I was scheduled with a depot and was given my pickup info. I called that depot and verified with them as well. The day of my move I went to pickup my truck and it was not there. I called uhaul and after being on the phone for 30 min, I got no resolution. Traffic dept and all managers would not take my call from the person helping Me. I still never got a call back. I ended up speaking with another local depot and he helped me locate a truck 2 hours away. So. I had to drive 4 hours round trip to get a truck. I had to cancel my moving help and uhaul still never called me back to explain why they never scheduled my truck or notified me of any changes or issues. Absolute bs and worthless customer service. I will never recommend uhaul and will make sure that no one I know ever gives them business ever again.
